Chelsea Ga week agoThe staff all were super friendly. From the beginning, the nice lady being very helpful while ordering. To the manager, Jim helping my daughter get our food, and ensuring we were satisfied, grabbing extra dressing etc, above and beyond service that doesn’t happen much these days. So when people go the extra mile, it goes along way.
Alex Konosh6 months agoCame here being hungry and angry. Day was ruined and then I even got mad at manager for completely no reason. Apparently his name is Tim and I want to say that he was extremely polite and understanding to my bad mood. He was not rude back at all and about 10 minutes later I was sitting feeling like a dumb about my behavior. At the end I brought a sincere apology and guess what… He was immediate with his response… Which was a gift cookie!:) High class. Professionalism at its peak. Bravo Tim. Apologize again.
Suzie Casinoa year agoJim is amazing! I ordered pick-up and they got my order perfect! 🙏😂😅 Yippee! 😁 The Pick 2 deal is great, and their chocolate chip cookies are fresh and yummy here! Everyone loves Panera at the office. Keep up the great work Jim at the Factoria Panera. I'm going to miss this location once I move! Other Panera always get my order incorrect 😕. Super location. 🌟
Kirk Caswell3 months agoQuick shout-out to Vy! She is always smiling and she prides hereself on making me and my friend welcome everytime we come in. She remembers our names Oeven if its been a couple months since we last came in) She is even getting pretty scary accurate at remembering some of our favorite meals. She makes a genuine effort to take care of us A-Z. Even hand delivering our food to our table and making sure that we have everything we need. Vy is the best! And she always has a great supporting staff around her.
Dorothy Jones3 months agoGreat food and a cozy atmosphere! The variety of soups and fresh bread is always a delight, and I love their seasonal specials. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it an enjoyable spot to grab a quick meal.
