Dorian Jonesa month agoI had an outstanding experience at Oakley thanks to Brendan and Lee. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, not only with me but also with my wife and our newborn baby, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect pair without ever making me feel rushed. Nothing was too much trouble, and they couldn't do enough to help. Their genuine customer care and attention to detail really stood out and made the experience exceptional. Thank you, Brendan and Lee, for your fantastic service. You're a real credit to Oakley, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone.

Tina L3 months agoI had a frustrating experience previously where my order was completely messed up — there was no update, neither customer serive nor the store staff could locate the order, and they both mention they didn’t have access to the necessary information (which sounds weird??). However, I want to highlight the outstanding service from the new store manager, Corey. On the same day I submitted my complaint, Corey personally reached out to me, took the situation seriously, and handled everything professionally and efficiently. It made a huge difference to feel heard and taken care of. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how they are resolved — and Corey did an excellent job. Really appreciate the effort and customer care.
Gobmxa month agoWent to Oakley Bellevue location My Oakley carbon fibers lost a screw and Brandon an employee there helped me He went above and beyond for great customer service I was very thankful as my sunglasses are very sentimental to me My experience was a very positive!!!!
