Jeevan Bisht5 months agoI was pleasantly surprised by National. I’m an Avis Preferred member and have always used Avis in the past, but this time I decided to try National—and I’m really glad I did. The pickup experience was incredibly smooth and easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated being able to select my own car. To my surprise, they upgraded me for free and gave me a brand-new vehicle. I had also made a mistake while booking the pickup location, but the staff handled it professionally and courteously, updating it for me at no extra charge. That level of flexibility made me feel genuinely valued. From pickup at Sea-Tac to drop-off in Bellevue, the experience was excellent. Great work, National team!
Paul Reinermanna month agoGreat rental car, good price. Really good customer service getting us into the right vehicle. Waiting in line at airport for shuttle was long but not on National. Concerns about return as managers welcoming us but not dressed in safety vests in dark undercover return lot. Called National management and they took it seriously. Got to like that.
Archit Shaha month agoI've been renting from National Car Rental at SEA-TAC almost every week for the past 4-5 months, and one person has made every single visit exceptional: Theo. From my very first rental to my most recent one, Theo has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I find the right car for my needs. As an Executive member, I always feel like my status is truly honored and fulfilled here — and Theo is a big part of that. She consistently helps me find the right car, every single time, without hassle. She knows her inventory inside and out, and always delivers — without fail. That kind of reliability week after week is rare and genuinely means a lot, especially as a frequent traveler. What sets Theo apart isn't just her expertise — it's her attitude. She's warm, attentive, and treats every interaction like it matters, because to her, it clearly does. I always leave the counter feeling taken care of. National is lucky to have her. If you're renting at SEA-TAC, I hope you get the chance to work with her — she truly raises the bar for customer service.

From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The reservation process was quick and easy, with clear pricing and no hidden surprises. The car itself was in excellent condition—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and reliable throughout my trip. Having a dependable vehicle made a huge difference and gave me peace of mind while traveling. What really impressed me was how seamless the return process was. There was no long wait, no confusion, and no unexpected fees. It felt like the company genuinely values its customers’ time and experience. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most positive rental experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free car rental service.
Daniel Monteiroa month agoGreat rental, my only request is that for rainy regions like Seattle WA and other places where monsoon season is happening, that you equip the rentals with the RainX washer fluid that makes the water bead on the windshield thus improving visibility. This will make users driving your rentals feel way better during weather conditions.
