Nate Tambobe3 years agoThe manager of this hall takes money for a security deposit and regardless of what you do, he will say you messed something up just because he doesn't want to refund you as stated in the agreement. People can just be honest. Why take customers' money for no reason? After your occasion, he won't respond to your calls or text. The managers says you are not requited to remove the tables after your occasion because he wants to do it and lie that one of the tables was broken. Same thing for numerous people.
Daph Vang2 years ago***update to add the city of new Brighton has gotten back to me and states that Mirage banquet hall does not hold a liquor license, the only businesses that does are restaurants, so if he told you this please be aware your event can be shut down by the police. *** If there was an option to have no stars or even negative stars this would be the place. Back in Feb 2023 a contract was signed and a deposit was made for an event that we were planning to have there. Foly the manager called stating that his liquor license was revoked, but he is working with the city to get it back and it should be a few days. Ok I know city does not work that fast. I have reached out to him multiple times to get our $1000 deposit back and no answer from him. I sent a demand letter to them and no replies. Beware of this place. The other number given to us was a co owner and he pretty much said I have nothing to do with this you dealt with Foly you need to call him not me.
