  I was extremely disappointed by the cleanliness of this hotel. Upon arrival, my original room contained visible dust, hair, crumbs, and other signs that basic cleaning had not been completed. The front desk was apologetic and moved me to another room; however, the second room also had significant cleanliness concerns. There were stains on the bedding, excessive dust throughout the room, unclean floors and baseboards, and trash that remained on the floor for the duration of my stay. It felt as though even basic housekeeping tasks, such as vacuuming and routine room inspections, had not been completed prior to me checking into the room. The overall condition of the room caused me to question the cleanliness standards of the property. I was uncomfortable enough that I was nervous to sleep in the bed and ultimately chose not to use the shower due to cleanliness concerns. The one highlight of my stay was Lisa in the lobby restaurant, who provided exceptional service and maintained a positive, welcoming attitude throughout my visit. Unfortunately, her excellent service was overshadowed by the overall condition of the hotel.

  I was quoted one price for one night to celebrate an important person in my life and then came up with 140. 00 difference. They believed their rep over me. Had issues with my card and do not offer breakfast and thru shade saying I hope you feel better. Not a good experience. The event was nice but hotel stay tucked. Will file a complaint to the corporate office

  Stayed here for our Anniversary in the King suite city view. Absolutely Amazing! It was super romantic and cozy. The service was top notch. Everyone was so Kind and even went ABOVE and beyond for us! Thank you John and Kenisha for exceeding expectations to make sure our stay was excellent! We will definitely be coming back! *Get the King suite city view for best experience!

  This was easily one of my top five worst hotel experiences. We booked an accessibility suite, but were initially checked into a standard room. After requesting a change, we were moved to a "new" room that was almost identical; while the shower was modified, the room layout remained too tight for a wheelchair to navigate. We were so tired from the long day at the Cleveland Clinic that we decided to make due with what was given to us. The service was equally frustrating. While I was moving our bags from the first room to the second room, a staff member called and demanded I return the valet keys immediately. I explained that the valet had specifically instructed me where to park so I could unload my family’s gear and the wheelchair, and that I’d be down in five minutes to finish up. Instead of being helpful, she insisted on sending someone to the 12th floor for the keys. She instigated a back-and-forth that took longer than it would have for me to help my family settle down then come downstairs. To top it off, the room was heavy with artificial scents masking the smell of cigars and sweat, which made it difficult for my 12 month old to breathe. We cut our stay short and moved to a different hotel the next day. And were treated like royalty given my Gold Elite Status. For the price they charge, you’d expect more than just a comfortable mattress.

  We utilized the valet service for a Cavs game as it was within walking distance for a fair price in downtown for a playoff game. While there was also an Indians game going on at the same time. Went to the first floor bar prior to the game. Decent prices and great tiramisu. When we went to go back after the game, that bar was closed (we forgot it was a Monday night) so we went to the second floor bar. Very small and the one bartender was slammed as this was the only bar open in the hotel. He took take of everyone in a timely fashion and did it with such professionalism. Would love to go back and try the other bar, it was closed earlier for a private event, then it shut down for the night.
