Grant Emerson5 months agoLolu was my first experience ever doing a cold plunge and now I’m hooked. The free flow sessions are great for going at your own pace, but the 6 AM guided Energize class on Thursday mornings is something special — highly recommend making that a weekly ritual. The studio is really clean and the vibe is genuinely serene, which makes the whole contrast therapy experience feel intentional rather than just a workout. I’ve brought friends here to show them the power of the cold plunge for the first time and it never disappoints. If you’re in Nashville and haven’t tried Lolu yet, you’re missing out.
Jack Tucker3 weeks agoI love Lolu. I’d never made sauna/cold plunge a part of my routine until I went. The amenities make it easy to have a relaxing, refreshing experience, and I’ve come in contact with there (both patrons & staff members) has been kind & decent. Couldn’t recommend it more
Hizareth Linares5 months agoI absolutely LOVE this place! I bought the two week unlimited plan for first time visitors and it was worth every penny. The team at Lolu is very welcoming and so kind, which is so important for places like this in order to provide the full experience. It was so clean and every session I booked was great. Some days I did the quiet sessions or the free flow, but my favorite ones were the guided meditations. Everyone was professional, intentional and supportive. I truly recommend this place to anyone that is wanting to explore their wellness journey and connect within and with others. This is really one of the best ways to decompress and I enjoyed every moment of it. I plan to be back hopefully soon. Thank you Lolu. 💛
JaMarique Wynn4 months agoI always enjoy coming here to unwind after a hard run; the sauna and cold plunge are great for recovery. The staff is super friendly and the facilities are very clean. I love a place where I can come and feel welcome and attended to. Give Lolu an opportunity to pamper you; you’ll LOVE it!
Caroline Gladden5 months agoEmily and Lacie rocked my world. I love this place. Facilities were clean and smelled amazing. The sauna was hot hot hot. As the terminator says “I’ll be back”.
