Zamira Mendoza2 weeks agoI stayed at the Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza recently for a work conference. Despite some of the initial hiccups with the check-in / billing process, I had a great experience and overall comfortable stay here. The room was very nice, it featured a round table desk and bench area for me to work out of and the view outside overlooked the rooftop. The amenities here were also great: including generous amounts of toiletries and towels, a coffee maker and a very comfortable bed. The staff member at the door, Van — was especially welcoming and kind! The front desk staff were also attentive, helped me to store my bags and recommended activities for me to do while I still had most of the day to explore before my flight.
Kellie W.a month agoFrom the moment we arrived at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, Van made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. After a short drive from Huntsville, his bright smile, thoughtful hospitality, and delightful attitude were exactly what we needed. Van went above and beyond — helping with our trash, getting us water, and taking the time to share great suggestions for nearby places to visit, along with recommendations if we decided to stay in and enjoy the hotel. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Exceptional customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Van, for making such a positive first impression and setting the tone for a wonderful stay!
Horton Li4 months agoHad an amazing kids free staycation here. Jaime from Louisiana the concierge lady was so sweet from check in to check out she was treating us like royalty. We got upgraded to stay at the club level which the rooms are newly renovated they felt super new and modern. The bed felt heavenly and we were able to sleep like babies. Parents you know that is a luxury! We had drinks at the bar, they were delicious. We had breakfast each morning at the mason, Roger the serve was the kindest gentlemen and apparently he has been working there for 27 years. What a special gem in my city I will be sure to return for more staycations.
J B2 months agoThis is a nice option for a hotel a short drive from the main Broadway area of Nashville. I was here for a conference in April 2026 and was quite pleased with the overall experience. At the time the hotel is completing some renovations but there were no major annoyances or issues. Check-in was smooth and a room was available despite arriving a few hours early, which is always appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised with the room - quite spacious and a bit of an atypical layout affording some extra space. There's a few little "extras" in the finishing that aren't earth-shattering but add a pleasant touch nonetheless (e.g. under-the-counter lighting in the washroom which is nice to leave on at night). Only complaint and I am sure I am one of several hundred to raise the same point - for some reason there is no iron, but rather a steamer and an ironing board kind of device mounted to the wall. I can't imagine a scenario for a normal person where a steamer is superior to an iron. I probably spent 3x the time & effort I normally would on getting all my clothes ready for the week and I just don't see the upside. Anyways, really nice hotel - they also did a great job with the conference I was attending. Very attentive and polite staff, well-executed, and professional!
Christopher Clark5 months agoWhat a great hotel choice. Wanted to stay close to downtown even though my convention was 8 miles away at Gaylord Opryland it was only 15 min ride each way. After late night check in I fell and sunk right into that comforter on a cold winter night. So warm and comfy. Upon waking into the building the door was opened for me and asked if they could help with luggage. Kenyan, the manager, welcomed me and checked me in. Upgrade to the Club Level high floor was great. No construction noise during my stay. So nice! The 10/11 floors club level is part of the completed renovations. Beautiful new and modern rooms. Excellent lighting. Large bathroom and shower. During my stay the lobby is getting a makeover with construction in progress but I heard nothing. Ask for the Hotel car to take you to areas around the hotel instead of Uber. 5 min uber ride to Broadway area but lots of great coffee shops and restaurants around hotel or downtown.
