  This place used to have one of the best IMAX experiences in the Greater Seattle area but the quality has come down recently. I do appreciate the recent changes to allow backpacks as that prevented more frequent use of this theater in the past. The seating is bad compared to Cinemark at Totem Lake.

  Who goes to see Mission: Impossible at 9AM on a Sunday? Apparently... we do. My early-bird husband requested it, so off we went. The theater's website said it was IMAX, so I was all excited — but nope, not IMAX. The seats weren’t all that comfy either, which was a bit of a letdown. BUT — we had the entire place to ourselves. Just us and Tom Cruise saving the world. Private screening? I’ll take it!

  Extremely disappointing experience. Went in for a movie and the sound system was genuinely poor, muffled, uneven, and nowhere near what you’d expect from a paid theater experience. I raised it with the supervisor mid-show, hoping for a quick fix. She said she would “take a look at it.” Nothing changed. To make it worse, when I followed up, her response was dismissive and frankly rude - not the kind of attitude you’d expect from someone in a customer-facing role, let alone a supervisor. So between a broken viewing experience and management that clearly couldn’t be bothered, I walked out having wasted $18 and an entire evening. If you can’t deliver basic audio quality and you can’t train your supervisors to respond to legitimate complaints with even basic courtesy, you shouldn’t be charging full price. Won’t be back, and I’d encourage others to think twice before booking here.

  This is the only somewhat ok imax screen in Washington state and the experience is underwhelming to say the least. You are greeted with depressing carpeting everywhere, lobby design from the 80th and the most unhealthy selection of snacks sponsored by glp-1 vendors. Then you have a nice experience of dirty, narrow seats, with uncleaned popcorn in the seams and sticky floors that haven’t seen any decent scrubbing since COVID I guess. And you ask why people don’t want to go to the movies unless this is some kind of event movie? Cause it’s not a good experience.
