  For a Hyatt house, I really enjoyed this one. Great location, friendly staff, convenient parking and overall a clean hotel. The only minor annoying thing was the night of July 3rd, the day before the 4th their garage was completely full. So we had to get a parking pass and park in the gravel lot. The breakfast was also decent, could be better. The eggs were a bit solid and the coffee was okay. And sometimes the elevator wouldn’t take you down all the way to lower level, even when scanning your room key. So minor little things here and there. Overall would stay again

  We booked this trip to Nashville for our nineteenth wedding anniversary. The first bad sign was at check in. The front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming. The girl mumbled and talked very fast. She was very hard to understand. The room was nice but not what we expected for the price. We got up the first morning and went to go do some shopping. When we arrive back at our room that afternoon, there had been no house keeping. There were no fresh towels. Fresh sheets are not a must, but at least the bed could have been made and the coffee replenished. Went down to the front desk to inquire about the issue only to be told that housekeeping only comes every three days. We were only going to be there for two nights. The ride girl at the front desk said she would send someone up to our room to provide fresh towels and freshen the bed so we went to the bar in the lobby. That was the only bright side to our whole stay. Gabriel was the best. One of the most attentive bartenders I have ever encountered. Always smiling and making conversation. We sat at the bar and talked to him and a few other guests for about three hours. Upon returning to our room, the bed was still not made and no fresh towels. What a horrible experience. We will never stay at this hotel or any other Hyatt. This kind of experience just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

  Went on a British Airways package which included this hotel. Room was excellent and included a living area with sofas, fridge, microwave, cooker etc. Bed was very large and comfortable. Bathroom was also excellent with a good shower. Safe available in room as well as an iron. Service at bar was fine. Breakfast was the only area that wasn't great as some days limited choice e.g. Turkey bacon very tasty but only served on some days. Toast needed to be fed through 3 times to brown but sourdough bread excellent. As it was a running buffet food wasn't always at a desired heat. Location of hotel is very convenient as you just turn left out of the hotel and walk straight on and will hit attractions such as the museum of country music and the crossroads with Broadway where all the major bars are.

  My girlfriend and I stayed at Hyatt House Nashville Downtown/Convention Center to celebrate her 21st birthday, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Before our arrival, I reached out to the hotel to see if there was any way they could help make her birthday extra special. Not only did they accommodate our request for an early check-in, but the front desk team also went above and beyond by preparing a thoughtful birthday surprise and personalized card for her. I especially want to recognize Jamario Mathis and Jessi Diggs. They were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. Their hospitality was outstanding and truly made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is fantastic—clean rooms, great amenities, an excellent location within walking distance of Broadway and Assembly Food Hall, and an overall wonderful atmosphere. The indoor pool is also a huge plus! Thank you to Jamario, Jessi, and the entire Hyatt House team for helping make my girlfriend Mariana’s 21st birthday unforgettable. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville. Five stars all the way

  This past weekend, Nashville experienced a snow and ice storm that shut down the city almost. My husband and I were already in town for another event and already planning on staying at the Hyatt prior to the storm. When we arrived we were told our room had been upgraded, free of extra charge, to a kitchenette suite because of the storm. WOW! We were so Impressed and it was amazing being able to cook my own food when all the restaurants in the area were closed. They had this place fully staffed and they had their own restaurant open for extended hours. The receptionist was also calling as many local places as she could to see what was open for when her guests asked. Awesome! I’m very impressed with Hyatt, I felt very well cared for. The room was clean and this place is very nice. So close to all the downtown spots 10/10 would stay again.
