Donna Weidman3 weeks agoWe had a very pleasant stay here while visiting Nashville! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was always very friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was really good with a nice selection of food options, and the coffee was great, which is so important after a late night on Broadway!! I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Nashville!! It's conveniently located near many of the popular attractions too! Overall it was a great stay!
Sue Daniela month agoTerrance, Marlisa & Erica Was amazing!! Best Hilton in Nashville. If you want the best customer service and breakfast hurry up and book your room! My room was so clean and I had a great parking space. Parking was very cheap. Other hotels wanted 60.00 a night. That’s crazy!! Thanks you guys for your great energy and for making sure my stay was GREAT!! Terrance you have a wonderful team. They deserve a rise!
Emmerz76a month agoFirst time staying here. We love them. Traveled cross country and looked for them our whole trip. Beds are super comfy. The room is very spacious. Very clean. Has everything you need and the price is great for what you get. Highly recommended .
Nevada Bennett Thompson5 months agoWe really are enjoying our stay. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are large with great amenities. Breakfast is quite large and has a decent variety! Location is perfect. Not right on Broadway but close enough to walk mostly! Only downsides... Our room is right by the pool, our window faces the pool and they have music playing in the pool area all day/night and the housekeepers have speaker phones on or the radios/walkie -talkies are loud. And our refrigerator is super loud. These are all minor, but notable.
Matthew Dunn4 months agoThere are lots of great things. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is exceptional with a lot of variety and it is kept well stocked. The hotel and rooms are immaculate. However, a hotel with the name suites in it would indicate that you would have a microwave and fridge in the room. There was no microwave. Instead we had to use one in the lobby where half the buttons didn't work. The bedding in the room was very basic. A sheet and insufficient bed cover. The temperature at night would range from freezing to sweltering although it was sweet at 71. I think it would cool until it got to about 68 and then stay off until it reached 75 and then cool again. And the bed squeaked every time we moved and echoeled through the room. It was awful. All night long.
