Amber Adrians3 weeks agoI can't speak to the pool - other than the hours. It closed too early for us to make use of it after get back from waking around downtown, and then didn't open up early enough for us to swim before heading out again. The room was clean and hotel was well maintained. It would have been nice to include parking in the rate - we ended up paying MORE for parking lot parking than just doing the valet - but with the large price tag, it would have been better if it was just added to the rate. No breakfast included was super disappointing. But the area was close to so many attractions and areas we wanted to explore.
Jerome Price3 months agoI had a great stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout my visit. The standout for me was the valet service. There was a drastic improvement from last a couple months ago. The guy was quick and attentive and he claimed to be a new valet named Jordan Giddens. He impressed me with how he was polite, efficient, and made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. His effort really elevated my stay. Overall, excellent service, especially at the valet, and I would definitely stay here again.
Emperor4 months agoThe rooms were nice, but nothing to brag about. The service, on the other hand, was a pleasant surprise. The young man working valet, Damarion, was very professional and kind, which put me at ease when handing over my keys. I’m not sure of their name, but whoever was working at the front desk made the check-in process very smooth, and I felt welcomed. The location was great for me as well—close enough to the heart of Nashville, but far enough away that it didn’t feel overbearing.
Ryan Kantora month agoBeautiful building, but super loud. Constant sirens from nearby police. Pool is nice and gym is great. Crummy toilet paper that I called and they didn’t bring when I ran out. Finally had to go down and get some.
Marie Helms3 months agoGreat trip! Location was great! Room was great! they upgraded the room to a bigger one. Great view. the bed Good and bad. Mattress was good but just rolling over in the night it sound like a hundred year old bed. The wood squeaked something awful. Room 805...
