We landed on the perfect Rolex together, I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. If you're looking for someone who actually listens and knows their watches, ask for Vince.
Abra Abraham2 months agoHelped a friend pick a ring setting out and had a very pleasant experience here. This store is PACKED when you first walk in, which is a good sign! You wait with the security guard until you are invited, and then you are paired with an associate who asks questions to better understand what you are looking for and help you find it. In our case, Andres helped us initially and was very easy to work with. He connected us with Gabe who quoted us their best price on a custom 18k gold setting. We tried shopping around and found some good prices in Artesia, but we felt overall more comfortable with the timeline and service at Happy Jewelers, so we returned and spoke to Andres and Gabe again. We were able to agree on a price that worked for us, and were then paired with Sean, our final sales associate who helped us put the custom order in and check us out. Both Andres and Sean were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to make us feel comfortable with the final purchase. Overall, Happy Jewelers is very very extremely easy to work with! They have a large selection and really do work with you and your needs. I have to say that this has been one of my best experiences at a jewelry store in the US, and we will be coming back. You definitely need to check them out - and I would say this is worth going out of your way for!

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and took the time to truly understand what I was looking for. Finding the right ring is an important decision, and her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Lupita helped me find the perfect ring, and I never felt rushed or pressured. She was incredibly attentive, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my choice. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out and made the experience memorable. If you're looking for beautiful jewelry and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Happy Jewelers and especially Lupita. From my wife’s ring to Rolexes, bracelets, rings, and earrings, they’ve been a part of some truly special moments in our lives. As wonderful as those pieces are, what sets Happy Jewelers apart is the way they make you feel like family. That level of care, service, and genuine kindness is something you simply can’t put a price on. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jackie over the years, and she has been absolutely amazing every single time. Her professionalism, honesty, and dedication to her customers are second to none. My family and I are incredibly grateful for everything Happy Jewelers has done for us over the years. Nicole Cintron7 months agoWe had an amazing experience at Happy Jewelers in Fullerton, and Jayson Narshall made the entire engagement ring process truly special. The store does get busy, but once you're paired with a sales associate, you can avoid long wait times. We never had any issues walking in to meet Jayson at pre-arranged appointments. We'd heard weekends can have lines, so we planned accordingly and the process was always smooth and easy. Jayson was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful. We were on a tight timeline and he went above and beyond--coming in on unscheduled days to accommodate us and following up diligently without ever being pushy. He genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect ring. One especially kind moment: Jayson noticed a family ring I was wearing and offered to clean it, and it hadn't been professionally cleaned in years. It meant so much to me. We visited several times while exploring center stones and met both owners along the way--everyone at Happy Jewelers, including the security team out front, was warm, welcoming, and attentive. After shopping everywhere from big-name stores to smaller jewelers, Happy Jewelers stood out for their selection, transparency, and overall experience. The process was seamless and included warranty, cleanings, appraisal, and GIA certification. Jayson was genuinely excited for us and even surprised us with a bottle of wine to celebrate. When they learned my fiancé is a 22-year active U.S. Coast Guard Chief, they even offered a military discount, which we truly appreciated. We're Happy Jewelers customers for life and can't wait to return for our wedding bands and future service. Highly recommend!
