  Recent trip to start the summer off! What I had heard great things of I'm glad I've got to experience myself. Let's just see though I was NOT completely satisfied with my experience there's some highlights. The Valet very helpful I wish I had got his name but cool guy very knowledgeable and understanding. Check in I bypassed allowing my friend to honor! Once inside things looked well. 1st issue of course my opinion cooler environment but inside the doors of the water park eww hot muggy & chlorine is entirely too much for me. I wondered why all those windows were closed fresh air would have been nice. Hotel is well no concerns or complaints. Biggest issue the Kiosk closing at 10p is insane when the games are open 24hrs. No signage provided just set your card up to be charged then receive a message stating card cannot be provided and after speaking with management the nerve to LIE & tell me the card signed to me was used and they had a receipt?! It has to be a lie my proof stated i didn't receive a card so of course bank dispute coming!! One & Done for me

  Our experience was absolutely perfect. We coordinated a stay for 20 families as part of our Chapel Family Retreat, and we were all so pleased. The staff was so helpful, patient, and kind. Our families who attended called this the “perfect retreat.” We have nothing but good things to say and we are already excited for our next trip to the GWL. Special shoutout to Zach Green as he really took care of our group to make sure we all had what we needed all weekend! 10/10 recommend for families as the water park is so fun and there is always something to do!! Still on a high from our trip there!

  Honestly wasn’t expecting great wolf lodge to be as great as it was. My kids all rated it a 10. Customer service was good overall. The hotel room wasn’t bad, bed was very comfortable, could have used some more pillows but it was clean so I really can’t complain. Ordering breakfast from Dunkin’ Donuts while everyone was still sleeping and having it ready and there waiting for me as soon as I walked up was SO convenient…order was on point, zero complaints and I’m literally not even a fan of Dunkin’. The water park was so much fun we enjoyed it the day we checked in and the day we checked out. We got to play some games at night in the arcade and my kids loved that. The ropes course was a hit for two of my kids and my husband, while my youngest son and I played on the adventure trail…we had a great time. We only stayed one night but felt like we really did a lot. You do have to pay $36 for parking so heads-up, but we got a good rate on the room so again…I can’t complain. What a very well thought out and executed establishment. It comes from the top and goes down, so for me the management are clearly doing their jobs. That’s not so easy to come by nowadays so THANK YOU. 😊 We will definitely be back and we will definitely be recommending families that we know to check it out.

  Should you wish to enjoy some leisure time with your children and relax, this location offers numerous activities and ample space for recreation. There is a restaurant on the property, with another conveniently located nearby. I anticipate returning for another enjoyable experience. Also crystal from the hilton time share was really helpful explaining the options on it very good, ill only point the cleaning need to improve in the indoor Waterpark you can se dirt on the floor no really placent but over all great place

  Park was okay. Water gets foggy and yellow throughout the day. Room has issues, lights dont work well. Service is horrible. Everything is unorganized. From the minute I checked in I had problems. If you're checking in via their kiosks, make sure you use the qr code not your phone number. It wouldn't check me in, the person up front was useless, he didn't try to help people with the kiosks. I had to figure that out on my own. Everything is very technical, the service members are rude. Lifeguards had attitudes and didn't pay attention to people cutting lines and ignored you if you were being polite. Literally have to be pushy for them to acknowledge you. You have to have the app in order to understand most of the things you have. I had the ultimate food and fun package. No one told us that the bands for all the extra stuff was a different color. This is the end of the night and I finally was told by the virtual assistant that I should've gone to the front desk for those bands. When we go to get them, I'm obviously upset because no one had mentioned the different bands. The guy up there offered a "full refund" for the package. Yeah that's great, so my kid missed out all of the extra stuff she could've done because of lack of communication and unorganized systems. I didn't take the refund so that we can try to enjoy the rest of the time here. This is RIDICULOUS and INFURIATING. These packages are not cheap. First and last time we will be here. Also the bowling lanes don't work well. I have a video. And no one around to help. You have to "scan the qr code" for help. Lol.
