Leslie Stidda month agoQuick overnight and very much enjoyed our time! Wine tasting at the Cave was great- sampled some delicious wines- Lorrie was fabulous! Dinner at the bistro was amazing and delicious . Our room at the Casa was very clean and comfortable- nice amenities, including breakfast delivered to room. Grounds are beautifully kept and all staff we encountered were happy and friendly! Highly recommend.
Adam Heim3 months agoMy wife and I made an impromptu trip up to Canton to (again) visit Gervasi. Incredible as always. This time we did the burbon tasting followed by the wine tasting. Both were a blast. Also enjoyed multiple happy hours at the Still house and a boozy jazz brunch on Sunday. The food is incredible, phenomenal service and beautiful setting. We stayed at the Casa this time and enjoyed the close distance to the still house and found the Portage county trail, which was a great walk after dinner. Recommend this place ...for sure! Can't wait to be back again.

It has that rare combination of elegance and warmth, where everything feels refined without ever feeling cold or overly formal. As a wedding photographer, Gervasi is such a dream to photograph. The grounds offer so much natural beauty and variety, from the vineyard views to the charming architecture and thoughtfully designed spaces throughout the property. Every part of the venue feels picturesque, which gives couples so many beautiful opportunities for portraits and candid moments throughout the day. The atmosphere feels incredibly special for guests as well. It is the kind of venue that makes a wedding feel like a true experience, not just an event. The setting, the service, and the overall ambiance all come together in a way that feels timeless, romantic, and memorable. I would highly recommend Gervasi Vineyard to couples looking for a wedding venue that feels elevated, scenic, and full of charm. It is truly one of those places that photographs beautifully and leaves a lasting impression.
mac11380a month agoWas at a wedding in the Pavilion, set up was nice. Food was just ok except for the beef which was great. Was served quickly. BIG complaint. They had only one bathroom which was a bunch of stalls marked his and hers where everyone was side by side. Wife felt uncomfortable being in the same bathroom with male teens and early 20 somethings. Wife was waiting for a hers stall when a man stepped out, Wife went in and urine was all over the seat and floor, she was livid. Also, young girls as young as about 9 should not be in the same bathroom with teen and adult males. For what they charge, build a second bathroom!

Everything about this place is lovely, decorations, people, food, atmosphere. It is special and you feel the good vibes in the air. Visit, you will definitely love it. 👍❤️😍 Shout out to the gentleman Rob who took care of me while I was dining. Excellent job sir, you a master of your craft👍❤️.
