Brandon DeHart8 months agoArchitecturally stunning and impeccably clean. Fashion Island has every department store you need and a large selection of very good restaurants. Even though it was busy on black friday, it didn't seem overly crowded.
Grace Na3 months agoA beautiful seaside shopping mall filled with stores such as RH, Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, and Neiman Marcus, along with many designer boutiques. It’s the perfect place to shop for what you need, enjoy a delicious meal, and unwind with a glass of wine at one of its charming restaurants. After lunch, you can indulge in a sweet gelato dessert, or simply end the day with a caramel Frappuccino from Starbucks.
Rosabell M.5 months agoSuch a beautiful mall with plenty of parking, restaurants, stores to shop at and great coffee shops. There’s three stories to this mall and you can even see the ocean from the second floor. Beautiful mall and I highly recommend visiting, I’ll be back soon to do more of everything here!

It’s an upscale, open-air mall with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and manicured palm trees that make it feel more like a coastal resort than a shopping center. The selection of stores is top-tier, ranging from luxury anchors like Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdale’s to trendy spots like Alo Yoga and Anthropologie. Even if you aren't shopping, it’s a perfect place for a stroll past the iconic koi pond or a meal at one of their many great restaurants like Joey Newport Beach or True Food Kitchen. It’s dog-friendly, spacious, and has a much more relaxed, breezy vibe compared to typical indoor malls. Whether you're there for serious retail therapy or just a coffee and people-watching, Fashion Island never disappoints!
Heidi Kindel2 months agoWhenever I'm in Newport Beach, I always drop by Fashion Island. Today, just enjoyed walking around, Love seeing the Koi fish and walking over the stepping stones. The view of the ocean from Terrace area is also a favorite.
