  We had a fantastic stay at Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard and would definitely stay here again. The location was excellent — close to plenty of shops, restaurants and everything we needed while exploring Singapore. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a premium room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, modern and very clean. The beautiful pool area was also a highlight after busy days sightseeing. One thing we really appreciated was the 24-hour access to the food pantry, which was so convenient. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay. Sav and Patrick were both incredibly attentive and friendly, and Sav in particular was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Their customer service really made the experience extra special. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore!

  A few years ago, I had a very good and beautiful experience staying at Quincy Hotel Singapore, which made me assume I would have a similar experience with Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard. Unfortunately, that was not the case. One thing that was quite disappointing was finding out that complimentary pantry access and a bathroom with a bidet were not included in my original booking. These amenities depended on the type of room reserved, but this was not clearly shown during the booking process. It was misleading, especially when these are features that many guests may expect as standard. In order for me to avail of the complimentary pantry access and a room with a bidet, I was required to upgrade my room and pay additional fees, which was quite frustrating since this information was not made clear from the start. I would strongly suggest checking directly with the hotel before confirming your reservation if pantry access or a bathroom with a bidet is important for your stay. Also, there is ongoing renovation work, so make sure to request a room away from the construction area—especially if you plan to sleep in, wake up late, or enjoy an afternoon nap. The noise can be quite disruptive and can affect your overall comfort during the stay. That being said, I truly appreciate the bell boys who assisted us with our luggage—they were helpful, polite, and made our arrival smoother. I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for consistently keeping my room clean, neat, and comfortable throughout my stay. Their effort and professionalism were definitely noticed and appreciated. Overall, while the location is convenient, clearer communication about room amenities and renovation arrangements would greatly improve the guest experience. I realize now that my mistake was assuming I would receive the same thoughtful and seamless experience I once had at Quincy Hotel.

  We had an absolutely amazing stay at VHSO. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and seamless. A very special thank you to Ratana, who truly made our experience exceptional. She checked us in, kindly arranged an early check-in for us, and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. What stood out the most was how she greeted me and my family every single time she saw us — it made us feel genuinely valued and at home. We would also love to mention Ana and Ben, who were so lovely during our check-out. They were warm, sweet, and made our departure just as pleasant as our arrival. A big thank you as well to the Bell Captain, who was professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The team at VHSO truly goes above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back!

  I had a great stay at Vibe Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. A special mention goes to the front desk team,Nammi, Raymond, and Hafizol who were incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their service really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. Housekeeping was also on point throughout my stay. The room was consistently clean, well-maintained, and everything was neatly arranged, which I really appreciated.
