  Enterprise’s pickup process was incredibly easy and convenient. After checking in online, a friendly staff member greeted me at the pickup area and directed me to choose any car I liked from the designated row. Once I selected a vehicle, it was quickly scanned and registered at the exit. The entire process was seamless—I simply picked the car I wanted and drove away. All the cars were freshly washed and cleaned. Great customer service and a hassle-free experience. Highly recommended.

  Had an outstanding experience with this Enterprise location. I had to make a last-minute reservation for a trip and was able to do that readily on the phone. I'm very grateful it's still possible to talk with someone when making reservations because online was not offering me the options I needed. The rate for two nights was very reasonable because I was a member. And when I got to the actual location at SeaTac it was Gabe who had me going in a matter of 10 minutes. He also made sure to explain the benefits of the different additional support and I decided to go with damage to cover any thing that might happen to the car. I had never rented from SeaTac before so I was relieved when Natalie greeted me in the garage area. She was friendly and thoughtful and highly efficient. I didn't know there was a specialty car section so it was great to have that explanation. She helped me into the right vehicle in no time flat. I believe by the time I arrived and left it was less than 25 minutes which was very helpful to me since I needed to get on the road. When I returned the car, it was Christian who helped me and he was very thorough in double checking for me whether or not there was a possible refund on my time because I was returning it and the night before I was supposed to. He explained the system where unfortunately I did not receive a refund but I Did have an excellent experience with him. I will say that I was not asked if I wanted to do the fill up option or have them take care of the gas option… Maybe because gas prices have gone astronomically crazy. But I will say when I was returning the car it was no less than six dollars a gallon or seven dollars a gallon to get gas from anything on international Boulevard so be advised. The gas purveyor is there are definitely how to take advantage of the situation. The only confusing thing might be where to get a rideshare like Lyft or Uber once you leave that garage area. Make sure you ask directions. It's upstairs near the buses. My only regret is I left my personal keys in the car and now I'm wondering how to go about inquiring if they were found by the cleaners.

  Loving the new Enterprise rental system. Was a longtime hertz customer, and always assumed Enterprise was different or less than, but haven’t had any complaints. Great people. Easy check in at the airport if you check in online ahead of time like you do for the flight. Go straight to the car area and someone is waiting to hand you a key to a selection of vehicles you get to choose the color. Keep up the great work! (Photo is if the only scratch on the car 😂)

  Checked in early, did everything ahead of time. After I got my checked bag I headed to the Enterprise lot at the SeaTac airport. I was greeted and shown cars that would match my reservation. I picked one, a Honda Civic, he said the keys were in it and it was full of gas, then pointed me to the exit. I got there and they were asking me questions like "how did you get the car, what car is this, did you check in, what card did you use, let me see the card, let me see your phone, let me see your reservation" and on and on and on. Then the "computer went down" and I got asked 10 more questions about how I made the reservation and how I paid. A supervisor or manager showed up and basically re-did everything I had already done on the Enterprise website, not a 3rd party site. Checking in and doing everything to "save time" had me sitting in a parking garage being interrogated for 30 minutes. I was really made to feel like I had done something wrong, I show them all the emails and receipts. What a stressful experience

  I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at SEA-TAC. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Reserving the vehicle was incredibly easy, and everything was clearly communicated before I arrived. What impressed me most was how fast and efficient the checkout process was. The staff were exceptionally helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly. They had everything ready to go, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the rental before I left. It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service while traveling. The team at Enterprise made the experience stress-free and convenient, and I was on the road in no time. I highly recommend this location to anyone flying through Seattle and needing a rental car. I'll definitely rent from Enterprise at SEA-TAC again!
