Excellent communication, professional, got us to our destination in plenty of time and then patiently sat in traffic going to the Carnival cruise terminal for approx 2 hours (we only needed to go 1/2 mile more when traffic was at a dead stop)! At least we were in a comfortable, clean, air conditioned vehicle for the duration! Highly recommend!

(Who also happen to drive really nice cars) I used LAX Black Car Services for my family’s big California/Vegas trip last December (2025), and I'm honestly not sure how we would have survived without them. I’m pretty sure they’re part-driver, part-magician, and part-therapist. It all started a few months earlier while I was still in Asia, trying to plan a ridiculously complicated trip. Their booking team was so patient and responsive, I already felt like a VIP before I even packed my bags. Then, I landed at LAX. You know that feeling when you've been on a plane for 15 hours and you look and feel like a zombie who lost a fight with a suitcase? My driver was right there, looking sharp, holding a sign with my name on it (spelled correctly!). The Ford Expedition was pristine, the water bottles and the driver’s bag of charm and jokes were a gift from the gods, and the service was just... superb. They shuttled us In-N-Out to my fave SoCal burger joint (you saw what I did there?) before bringing us safe and sound to my brother’s place. The driver was also doing an impromptu tour guide bit whenever we passed something new or remarkable. Next day he brought us to Universal Studios (I felt like a movie star pulling up) and all over Los Angeles for a few days. I gave them a schedule that would make a rock band's tour manager sweat, and they never missed a beat. Then came the trip to Vegas. The long drive was amazing—comfortable, smooth, and my daughter just napped even though we had some unscheduled pit stops along the way as i had some last-minute meet ups with old friends, ex-coworkers, etc. We even had Jollibee Chicken Joy to go for my daughter’s sudden craving. Then after a few days around Vegas, Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam, and of course, Grand Canyon, my itinerary got even weirder. I flew from Vegas to SFO to watch Steph Curry and the Warriors with my brother while the driver brought my family back to SoCal wothout me without a hitch. . .then I flew back from SFO, landing at John Wayne (not even LAX!). I was 100% convinced this would be the moment the plan fell apart. . . Nope. I walk out of baggage claim at JWA, and boom—there’s my LAX Black Car driver, waiting for me, totally unfazed. It's like they have a psychic GPS for my chaotic travel plans. Finally, the grand finale: our flight to Vancouver. On Christmas morning. At an hour so unholy, even Santa was still asleep. I was dreading it. Who would be on time? Who would even be awake? My driver, that's who. Showed up early, cheerful (HOW?!) once again with his bag of jokes and high spirits and got us to our terminal with zero stress. It was a Christmas miracle. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They're not just a car service; they're like a high-end logistics team for crazy tourists. 10/10. My first call when I'm planning to be back in SoCal soon!
