Miss Autumns Little Legends Childcare6 months agoI have a child in KINDERGARTEN in the Hville district- for WEEKS leading up to Christmas break we called EVERYDAY to tell them we were apparently the ONLY parents who had a non functioning app (Which is the ONLY WAY to know where my kid is on the bus) it's so extremely upsetting to not be taken seriously by your company! It's WINTER with the app we could be inside not in freezing temps and rain/snow for upwards of 30 mins because we have to be out here the whole time! Whether you're late or not. I'm spreading the word to anyone who will listen about how your company has single handily made my kids first year of school stressful and completely ruined any good experience we had with you at the beginning of the year. FIX YOUR APP FIX YOUR APP FOR GODS SAKES FIX YOUR APPPPP!!
Rebecca Frazier2 months ago0 stars, they will not contact you if you're kid gets in trouble on the bus, they will have elementary kids suspended off the bus with no parent communication what so ever. Leaving a child to be home by their self due to the parent having no idea anything was going on. Call the damn parents.
Katrina Fannin10 months agoVery clear that there are drivers who absolutely Don’t care about the safety of children. Driving off before children have the chance to sit down, pulling over threatening to not take home while the bus off with no air. If you think reporting it to managers will help you, they don’t care to listen to safety concerns or any concerns when it comes to the children. Very disappointed never had issues with the previous bus company.
Michelle Turney11 months agoI have been having an issue with a bus route since last year. When school started up again in August, the same issues arose. I have tried to talk to the office manager and the supervisor (unable to reach supervisor) above her to no avail. Districts beware before hiring this company to serve your school districts! Our school district has been unable to contact them to get this resolved as well. Horrible, horrible company!!!
Jordyn8 months agoNo surprise there’s a 1 star rating. The bus drivers (Grown adults) are allowed to bully children and get away with it. You call to express your concern and they DO NOT CARE! Very unprofessional.
