Leandro Martonea month agoExcellent hotel with a perfect location — right in the heart of Brussels’ vibe. The staff is outstanding, but a special mention goes to the Moroccan manager at the reception desk (unfortunately I don’t remember his name). He truly made my day. While Booking.com’s customer service was completely useless in dealing with the issue caused by the cyber attack, the hotel manager handled everything with professionalism, calmness, and efficiency, ensuring my stay went smoothly even though my reservation wasn’t properly confirmed. A true example of genuine hospitality. I would definitely return.
Zarifa Ismaylova3 weeks agoMy husband, my elderly mother (who has health issues), and I (6 months pregnant) stayed at the Craves Hotel Brussels for 2 nights from May 26th. What should have been a relaxing city break turned into a physical ordeal that endangered my pregnancy. Upon arrival, we were assigned a family room on the 5th floor. The elevator was broken. When we asked how long it would take to fix, the receptionist confidently assured us it would be repaired within 2 hours. Trusting this, we left our three heavy suitcases (approx. 25 kg each) at reception and went to explore the city. We returned late that evening only to be told the elevator was still broken. There was no apology, just an expectation that a pregnant woman and her elderly mother should climb 5 flights of stairs. We had no choice but to manually carry our luggage up to the 5th floor ourselves. I specifically asked if the elevator would be fixed the next day, as we would need to change hotels or get a ground-floor room if not. The next night, after another day of walking, we returned to find the elevator still not working. The new receptionist’s response was shockingly indifferent: "There is nothing I can do." The final morning (May 28th) was the worst. When we requested help to bring the luggage down, the hotel sent a kind elderly woman from the kitchen to carry our suitcases down 5 flights. My husband was so horrified at the sight of this that he refused to let her and carried everything himself. After repeatedly climbing 5 floors while 6 months pregnant and carrying heavy luggage, I suffered severe stomach cramps. My family feared for the safety of my unborn baby. This hotel showed zero duty of care towards a pregnant guest or an elderly person with health issues. They lied about fixing the elevator, offered no room change, and had no contingency plan. Do not stay here if you have any mobility issues, are pregnant, or are traveling with elderly relatives. This place is a health hazard. Update – 2 June 2026 The hotel management responded to my original review publicly, asking me to email them directly so they could "address the matter." I did exactly that – I sent a detailed email days ago with my reservation details. They never replied. Not a single word. This proves their public response was nothing but performative damage control. They don't actually care. They only wanted to look helpful in front of other potential guests while ignoring a pregnant woman who suffered physical harm and mental distress under their watch. I have documented everything – photos, videos, the broken elevator, the luggage on the stairs. Since they refuse to take responsibility, they leave me no choice but to pursue legal action for the physical and emotional damage they caused. A lawsuit in Belgium is now being prepared. Do not believe their fake public concern. This hotel endangers its guests and hides behind empty promises.
De Postbode7 months agoGood location, generally friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Restaurant looks nice too. However, the cleaning of the rooms is not sufficient. I found hair on many places, an empty glass of wine from the previous guest and in general I had the feeling the room had not been vacuum cleaned in weeks. The TV did not work. Room smaller than expected on the pictures. Price was above 200 euro's, which I consider way too high for the quality offered.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel’s restaurant and club are great. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it!
mehdi mahjoub4 weeks agoVery disappointing experience. Due to an issue during the booking process, my reservation was confirmed for the wrong date while I was actively traveling. I contacted both the hotel and support immediately, but received no timely assistance while I was already on my way to Brussels. As a traveler, this situation completely disrupted my plans and caused a lot of unnecessary stress and disappointment. Even if the booking was marked non-refundable, I expected at least some communication or effort to help resolve the issue. I hope future guests receive better support in urgent situations.
