Elizabeth Jedlicka4 months agoMy friend stayed here for a company trip. Her first room had water damage and mold. She brought this issue up with management and they moved her to a different room and apologized by giving her a free meal ticket. The room was very nice and comfy. I was just visiting her so I can't say how comfortable the bed was. We hung out at the hotel bar and the bartender was very friendly and made the best Sherly Temple I've ever had. I'm really happy I got to visit my friend while she was in town and has a great experience while hanging at the bar.
David Hartman3 weeks agoIf you are here on business or looking for quiet, this is not the place. Buttnut city jumping. screaming, slamming doors, crying, running down the hallways. I guess due to it's proximity to Sea World. It's not so much a reflection of the hotel but sadly a reflection on the clientele. Parents refusing/incapable of parenting. Children with no manners, boundaries, or consequences = miserable time for guests trying to work/rest. The hotel was clean, rooms large & well appointed, Bistro food good (but very expensive), good internet. Other downside; nothing really within walking distance other than a Circle K (hint hint get water/food/snacks there).
Brooke Ma month agoI’m not sure where to start. The hotel is clean and staff are so inviting. The pool area is perfect for sunning and playing. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. But the manager is a rock star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. She goes above and beyond for the people staying. We travel a lot and stay at a lot of hotels and this one is at the top of the list. Plus, it’s near sea world. I’d stay again with no hesitation.
Bethany Kobiske3 months agoThe service was mostly amazing. There was one kitchen staff member that was rude and condescending to other staff members, but he was only there one day. The rest of the staff was outstanding. There was some remodeling work going on during our visit, but it didn't interfere with any of our stay. We didn't even hear them working. The outside hot tub was frigid! Colder than the actual pool water, but the inside hot tub was hot. The pool otherwise was large, clean, and very enjoyable. The swim up bar was only open one of the days we stayed and didn't open until after 5 sometime. The location is good if you're staying for Sea World proximity, but there wasn't much else to do around there and you'll need to Uber/Lyft it to get anywhere.
Salvador More3 months agoHotel facilities are nice and clean; however, I was overcharged, and as soon as I realized & called to get more details about it, they couldn't explain that. The supervisor on shift was rude over the phone and was not able to find my reservation/name/record in the system, and simply told me to call my bank without helping at all. Terrible customer service from management, very unfortunate bc the hotel was a nice option to return in the future
