Latticia Gantt3 months agoI hated that the valet was right at a busy corner and very tight. I also didn’t like that the front desk sits back and I had to look for the entrance door. Outside of that, everything else was good! The bar had good drinks and a nice ambience at night. The breakfast buffet was delicious! The service was great at both! Our rooms were on the 7th floor and it was very quiet! The location is PRIME! We were steps away from Broadway, food, shopping, bars, etc! Close enough to walk but far enough not to hear the music at night! The attached Starbucks was definitely an added bonus! Will be our go to next time we’re in town!
DatesandCakes !2 weeks agoThis was definitely up to par with other Courtyard properties. Delightful stay and amenities but most of all, our bell hop on Thursday evening gave some of the best service I've ever seen. He was very hospitable and was able to help two other customers while holding the door and then retrieved our bags. He had a warm smile and I regret not getting his name. Hope to return to this amazing hotel! PMC
Jay Dunn3 months agoI am a big Marriott fan. The Courtyard here has a nice location and staff! My room is ok. The bed area is great. The Bathroom though is dated and does not look or feel great. There is a huge line of Crack rhat runs across 4 and a half tiles. Hard to believe they did not fix it. Looks bad and gives that bad feeling months bathroom. Frontndesk, cleaning, and valet staff are all great. The bed is comfortable. View is nice. AC/Heat works fantastic. Love that there is a lot of drawer space for clothes. I also am happy that there is a tub here too!
Efriam Fakhry2 weeks agoI recently returned from a business trip to Nashville, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel was excellent, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Mr. Misho at valet consistently demonstrated eagerness to assist, which made my mornings and afternoons more enjoyable. Engaging with someone as ambitious and genuine as he is was a highlight of the trip.
Liza month agoWould absolutely stay here again! The perfect location, but what sets it apart is every person that works there. The valet guys are so good at what they do and so nice. Honestly the best valets ever. Rooms are a little small and I don’t think it’s worth the extra to have a city view. We were just in our room to sleep and shower.
