J*kca month agoDo not order FIFA gear online. Didn’t have my items in the plaza store so ordered there for shipment. Said it would arrive in 3-5 days. It is now day 8 and I just received my “item is on the way email”. UPS tracking link & number isn’t recognized and the order doesn’t even show up in Shop app. Confident I will need to dispute this order and it will definitely not arrive for my team’s game.
Valerie Courtney7 months agoI placed an order for a long sleeve shirt and received a short sleeve shirt instead. I emailed them a week ago and tried contacting the warehouse with no answer. I called the storefront and they were no help. I was told I'd need to get in contact with the warehouse. At this point I'm assuming im out the price difference between the long sleeve shirt vs short.
Nicole St. James4 months agoAbsolutely adore Joey and the rest of the staff at Charlie Hustle. Always a warm and friendly experience. I am not a collector of their tshirts. Good selection and incredible fabric that feels so cozy on my skin. Can't wait to get more shirts to add to my growing collection.
Aimee Evans7 months agoThe good, and there's plenty of it: customer service on site was really good. The shop worker was friendly, helpful, and tolerated my ADHD 8 year old with grace and kindness. Lots of good shirts to choose from. It was three days before Christmas and I had never been there before. It was easy to figure out the layout of the shop, which was very tidy and well organized. They were sold out my desired size of a couple of styles I liked, but again, 3 days before Christmas. I find the brand to be somewhat pricey. Almost $50 for a t-shirt, but my husband loves the feel and breathability of the shirts. The shirts graphics are nice and a fair cut above what you'd find in a cheaper store, so I'd say while I find them pricey, I also feel they're worth it. My only gripe was that I hoped I'd find a style in the store only to find out it was online only. That could easily be fixed with a graphic on the website noting certain styles have to be ordered. Not a deal breaker for me. Hubs is patient so a late Christmas present will be more like bonus Christmas in his eyes. Free shipping for online orders made in store is what I was told. Glad I made the trip!
Hannah7 months agoI really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I am so disappointed. I ordered a jacket for a gift and when it arrived, it was such bad quality. I reached out to their customer service 4 days ago with pictures and followed up the next day. I still have yet to hear from them. Very disappointed in the quality of the jacket and the lack of customer service.
