  The location leaves a lot to be desired. Not very scenic at all. The interior is amazing. The hall is spacious and welcoming. But the food service is where they fail. We attended a sit down wait service wedding. The food was tasty. But as the dining tables were being moved into place for dinner, the cloth napkins would slide to the floor. The servers picked up the napkins and placed them back on the tables to be used by the wedding guests. I'm sorry, I find this totally unacceptable. This is the same floor everyone was walking on. They need to rethink this plan.

  The Ariel was an absolute dream of a wedding venue. The location is stunning, the amenities are wonderful, and Jessica is the BEST. She was so helpful at every step of the way, and was incredibly patient with us through every last-minute change and question. We felt comfortable not having a coordinator because we trusted Jessica so much. Truly a wonderful process from start to finish!

  Outstanding experience. We hosted our wedding reception here at Ariel International Center and it was everything we wanted it to be. Tracey was a dream to work with - effective, hands-on, and no BS. If I got married a second time, I would absolutely host the reception here.

  Ariel was hands down the best venue we could have chosen. Jessica guided us from start to finish and answered every question, big or small, with care. Due to there not being an event the day before out wedding, they allowed us to set up a day early, which made things so much easier. Despite heavy rain the morning of, they let us make a last-minute call for rooftop cocktails....and wow!!!!! The rooftop was stunning and barely needed decorations. The space speaks for itself. If I could have our wedding here over and over again, I would. You don't even feel like you're in Cleveland when you're there. It's truly magical.

  We had our anniversary party here March 2014 and it was an AWESOME event...Rahdika and Irene were very helpful and accommodating to our needs the event was a great success...all our guest loved the venue with some even booking party's there. Since then I have catered a few events there in addition to my own a lot has been added since we did our party there in the early days when they first opened Tastefully Done by Anita~
