  Wonderful experience. Front desk went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The room was immaculate and beautifully laid out. My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer. Will definitely return when we are in this area. -Bonus: ample parking opportunities if you choose not to valet.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ambassador Hotel Kansas City. Our room was located in the newer tower which requires your room key to access all floors. The hotel is very clean with spacious rooms, and a chic boutique feel. We truly appreciated the bathroom floor with sensors to activate the nightlight underneath the vanity when entering at night. Although ice machines are not on each floor, it wasn't an issue for us to obtain ice from the front desk when returning to our room for the evening. Every employee we encountered was very friendly, professional, and ready to assist with our stay. Ashley, Delores, and Oscar were phenomenal at the front desk as well as Kyle and Lemmy at valet. We also had dinner one evening in the hotel restaurant and enjoyed the meal and service. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to be close to T-Mobile Center and/or the KC Power & Light District, both are around a 5 minute or less walk from the hotel. During our stay we did not feel unsafe in the downtown area and would return when back in Kansas City.

  Perfect for families traveling with kids. The suite was large enough for all of us, and the kids loved the pool area. The hotel is close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city without a car. We felt very safe during our entire stay.

  My stay at Ambassador Hotel Kansas City, Autograph Collection felt elegant without being over the top. The historic building gives the place real character, and the rooms were stylish and comfortable. Service was friendly and professional. It’s a great downtown option if you want something classy but still relaxed.

  I had a great time. I was impressed with with all the staff at the location. From the cleaning team, in the elevator, in the lobby, and in the restaurant, everyone. Very impressed with the resort type, atmosphere of the staff created. The restaurant. I was quite surprised by the quality of food and hospitality in the restaurant as well. Met the chef in the elevator and told him so face to face. Was there for a convention. I'm glad the convention hotel was booked. And was forced to book at this awesome hotel
