Susan S9 months agoLocation provides easy access to everything. The units are beautiful, buidling very clean and gym has great equipment. Maintence is responsive and the woman that does the cleaning is so sweet; always busy making common areas smell nice! Bike and belongings were safe in the garage. Amanda the leasing agent so helpful and willing to accommodate! Definitely can recommend living here.
Olivia Robinsona year agoJust moved out and have to say the only reason we left is for yard space for our dog. This is such a well run and managed apartment complex. The team is amazing—attentive, kind, and quick to respond. Any maintenance issue we had was resolved quickly. The management team, especially Amanda, was amazing and so so helpful. The building is so modernized and always clean, and the apartments are kept in great shape. Would recommend living here to anyone, especially those with dogs (an incredibly dog/pet friendly place to live :))!
Maria6 months agoonly one elevator bay. terrible accessibility. how are people with locomotive disabilities supposed to navigate the building if the elevator goes offline. (also the elevator is incredibly slow
Madelyn Schwind2 years agoI’ve been here for 2 months now and I absolutely love it here. The staff is very nice, quick to respond and considerate. My maintenance request was fulfilled the next day and the maintenance staff was also very kind, quick and considerate of my space. The building is kept very clean, the lounge area is super cozy with a great coffee machine, the mail/package system is always organized, the system to grant access to visitors is remote and super convenient, parking is never an issue above-ground and the paid, below-ground garage is perfectly climate controlled and always clean. Snow removal has been quick and they give plenty of notice and clear instruction on when and where to move your car. The other residents are very nice and there’s a great sense of community. I’ve lived in 5 apartments in the last 6 years and I’ve never been this happy in a property. 10/10, would recommend. (:
Evan Steinhausera year agoRecently moved due to work, but I loved my entire time at Altitude. Maintenance was very responsive, common areas and trash were always very clean, and management were very adaptive to my needs.
