Larisa Savonin5 months agoWent in today in hopes of trying on and purchasing a a bracelet for my friend that just lost her baby and it was her first time out and to be met with such attitude from a store employee is insane. I have so many pieces from mejuri and wanted to treat her to one today but the customer service was horrendous. They hardly looked at us and when we asked a question and didn’t hear what she said the first time she snarky snapped back with attitude and I quote “I just said”. Yall need to hire some better staff will not be coming back. You never know what people are going through and especially if you’re working in customer service you should treat everyone that comes in your store kindly
J B4 months agoUnderstaffed on Valentine’s Day and blocking customers from coming inside even after four people had just left. There was no sign posted at the entrance, which made it confusing. Not what you’d expect at this price point… haha! I ended up going upstairs to Gorjana and made my first purchase there instead. The staff were much nicer and clearly understand customer service.
Angie Huang5 months agoLove Mejuri! Everything is so pretty and practical. Staff at Bellevue is mostly nice and not pushy. I also got my 2nd and 3rd piercings with Janelle.To my surprise, I didn’t feel any pain! I recommend getting your piercings here with Janelle.
Seema Sinha9 months agoI absolutely love Mejuri!! Every time I have gone to the store I always end up getting something cute. This last time I got two items and unfortunately ended up returning one as it didn’t work out for me. Today, unfortunately I felt that the brand played “Gotcha capitalism” with me. Which is so sad! I was told at the time of purchase that I can return the item within 30 days if it doesn’t work out for me and receive a refund. When I went today (within 30 days of purchase) I was informed that I will only receive a store credit because I took that tiny black tag off. Turns out the associate never informed me that if the tag is removed you only get store credit. Despite of me explaining my situation, the brand ambassadors choose to not support their loyal customer! So folks please read the fine terms and conditions! Also know that during sale and busy days they may not share all those terms and conditions with you! I will eventually use my store credit. However, for what Mejuri offers, there are so many other options too and I’ll be shopping elsewhere in the future. I wish I could give this brand more stars but I’m so disappointed and disheartened by their treatment.
Alex Buchanana year agoThis was our first visit to the store in Bellevue Square, and we definitely love this jewelry store. The customer service is excellent and truly people-first. I initially bought a ring that my wife didn’t really like, but when I came back, they exchanged it for a gold chain she loved—with no hassle. I really appreciated their professionalism and support throughout the process.
