Kevin Hinckle5 months agoWe just used 5 Guys for the 2nd time and they 're great! Dave and Chuck were our drivers this time. Dave took us to the airport and Chuck picked us up, both were awesome. Prompt, friendly and very helpful. Very satisfied with the entire experience.

Tom Edmonds6 months agoIn spite of snow, confirmed a trip scheduled about 24 hours before. Got a text with ETA which was 15 minutes early but no problem there. Showed up precisely on ETA. Courteous and friendly driver Chris. Equipment was in good condition. You really can't ask for more and the price was decent.
Melissa King8 months agoUsed 5 guys for the first time when after many delays and cancelled flights I lost my ride from the airport. They picked me up on time at 2am in the Baggage Claim area, carried my luggage to the car, were kind and made small talk but also let me rest in silence as I was exhausted, they drove safe and I’d say they were worth every penny! As a single gal coming home that early in the morning I was looking for safe and efficient and I certainly got that with James from 5 guys. One small note on the negative which is the only reason I didn’t put 5 stars. The first time I called I got a lady and she was pretty rude and acted like there was very little chance of me getting a ride. I told her I wasn’t sure if my flight would get delayed again and she got huffy and said she couldn’t tie up a driver like that. I told her I’d call back when I was boarding so I could be sure. She was very off putting and it made me feel like I was too much of a hassle and she didn’t want my business. But I did call back when I started boarding my flight and talked to a super kind gentleman who seemed to have none of the same concerns. He said they’d watch my flight if there were any delays (we were about 30 mins later than expected) and had no problem finding a driver for me. He was super kind and made me feel taken care of. Not sure why the first call with the lady went so polar opposite but it was almost enough to lose my business.
Nico Alexander5 months agoCalled about an incident. Owner or manager called me back very politely gathered information and apologized. Most companies don't do this 5 stars for caring.
