Josiah Poindexter8 months agoThree stars because I feel like this might be just different for me but here we go. Great facility clean area good bar options. Here's my complaint, how they charge. We booked online and it had us put a card on file and held 240. OK no big deal. However when we got there and we put a card out for a bar tab they charged that card instead of the card on file. Didn't tell us they were doing that just expected us to know. This through off all of us cause at the end they charged us our money for the round but then charged my buddies card a second time for the 240 that we had split. Owner said that was common for the hold but still once again the wrong card. Never had that happen and it was all to confusing. Nothing against the facility or the workers just way to back for the billing
Andrew Seila year agoWest Bank Golf Club is a great place for a large group gathering. Excellent simulators with a number of great courses to choose from. Service was top notch - Bre is awesome! Highly recommend.
David Boyza8 months agoThis place is great!! I have a blast every time I go in. Drinks are cheap. Staff is super friendly and the game play is so fun. I make sure to tip 20% plus every time I go in because everyone is on their game, no matter who’s working. I live in the area and I wish everyone would appreciate this place and the people that work there as much as I do. Amazing deals for pregame and preconcert…we’re talking like $2 deals. Not many places you can find that anymore

Sherry2 years agoWest Bank Golf Club, is a great place to have a party or just to have a fun night out! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. If you're looking for a unique experience on the Westside of Cleveland I highly recommend you check this place out.
