Emily Wheeley3 years agoA wonderful lady named Deva saw my boyfriend and I wondering down the street looking slightly confused and offered to give us some guidance. She took us into the office and gave us a full run down of key places to visit, places to eat with a detailed map and personal recommendations! She was FABULOUS! We took her advice and hit several of the places she mentioned which led us to beautiful building after beautiful building! She even got us in contact with someone who was able to give us a quick tour and inside look inside The Vault and it was FANTASTIC!

The lady who showed us around and gave us all kinds of great information was amazing and I really wish I could remember her name. She was super informative and was so thrilled and excited about Cleveland that it made us super excited as well. Because of this stop, we are now looking forward to several events and things to do when we return a few times in the coming months. Everyone visiting the city should definitely check it out!
Mike Johnson9 years agoFrom Start to finish.....getting in at airport .....a wonderful man in a town car gave us a ride to our hotel!! So polite and nice....the Schofeild a Kimpton property had great front desk and bellmen......friendly .....efficient and kind........from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame .....to Indians BB ....to Browns game .....the people of Cleveland were super friendly ........We enjoyed our stay and will be back!! Thanks Cleveland!!
