The Grand Summit Conference Center boasts more than 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space, capable of hosting groups as large as 600 or as few as five. The Kokopelli Ballroom measures nearly 6,000 square feet and may be divided into three sections. The White Pine Ballroom (1,630 square feet) combined with four additional breakout rooms (550 square feet each) offer an ideal setting for small group sessions and meetings. The Conference Center also offers a generous lobby with private entrance and expansive registration and reception areas. Our brand new Cabin Conference Center features two rooms that can accommodate 15 - 100 people each plus a permanent board room for 14 people. Silverado Lodge also offers flexible meeting and banquet space. The Bobcat Ballroom measures 1,700 square feet and can be divided into three breakout rooms. The Bearclaw Meeting Room is over 600 square feet, ideal for small group sessions and meetings. In addition, Silverado offers an Executive Conference Center in the spring, summer and fall seasons which boasts over 8,800 square feet of new and existing meeting/dining facilities. Located steps from the Grand Summit Hotel and the base of the Red Pine Gondola, the Pavilion offers an ideal location for group banquet functions. The Pavilion is 6,400 square feet and can seat up to 500 guests (seasonal). Red Pine Lodge is a unique, on-mountain event location at Canyons Resort. Located at 8,000 feet, this mountain setting is accessed by a scenic gondola ride high atop the Wasatch Mountains. Red Pine Lodge offers a variety of flexible indoor and outdoor settings for meetings, theme events, special banquets or weddings. Located at 8,500 feet on Lookout Peak with 360 degree views of the Wasatch Mountains, Lookout Cabin is a secluded venue to host receptions and/or dinner for 40 to 80 guests. Accessible via the Orange Bubble Express chair lift, Lookout Cabin is an unparalleled experience in Park City.
