Linda Joya year agoI went to a Mexican American Golf Assoc. dinner at this venue. It was in a good location - only about a 10 minute walk from the Hilton Palscios del Rio hotel on the Riverwalk. It was a very large room with clean bathrooms. It accommodated our large groyp with ample room for the band, dance floor, buffet setup, and raffle prize srea.

The venue’s beauty truly added to the magic of our special day. Not only did the staff go above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, but their genuine warmth and dedication made us feel truly valued. From assisting with the booking process to providing reasonable amenities, their professionalism was exemplary. I’m grateful for their support in making our wedding a cherished memory, and I wholeheartedly recommend San Fernando to anyone seeking a stunning venue and exceptional customer service. My husband and I had a wonderful wedding day! We can’t thank the Church, and the Venue enough!

Monika Sanchez2 years agoThe venue and courtyard are pretty, but the new venue staff is unprofessional and lack a servants heart. Eloise was the absolute best to work with. The new staff has some big shoes to fill. The new staff sent a sick coordinator to my event on February 17, 2024 and she was unpleasant all night. I simply cannot put into words how horribly both my event planner and I were treated during my event. I was pulled away multiple times during my event which caused emotional distress. After speaking with the San Fernando administration, it was apparent the new staff as a whole lack emotional intelligence and professionalism. They took no accountability and were accusatory and threatening. They accused me of having 200 more guests than what was on my contract WITHOUT counting guests as they arrived and left and immediately threatened to shut down my daughter’s quinceanera. San Fernando should be ashamed of themselves. The response below from San Fernando was more professional than the actual conversation my event planner and I had in their office today. They treated us like we were wasting their time. Do your homework. Visit other venues. Your day should be perfect and stress-free.
Paul C2 years agoWe held our wedding at San Fernando Friday 13 Oct 23. Gorgeous church and perfect in every detail. We hosted our venue at the hall a half block away and it was a big hit. Walking distance, perfect temperature control, great lighting, and all our vendors had great access. We used Cielo's Designs for wedding planning and it was th e perfect choice.
