They are so easy to work with, provide clear communication, a helpful staff member during the event, and the venue itself is beautiful and unique. I highly recommend Beacon House for any event!
Adira Benner-Cuasay3 weeks agoThe Beacon House was a wonderful place to host my graduation party! The people were lovely--very friendly, welcoming, and helpful--and setup was a breeze! Yesenia helped us set all the tables up, as well as music through their speakers and a slideshow on the projector (all features at no extra cost)! In addition, it was super easy to clean up, as they took down/moved all the furniture back and we were just responsible for picking up our supplies/food/decorations. Overall, the place was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for! It was very affordable but still had an elegant charm, and all my guests loved it! Can't recommend Beacon House enough!
Victoria Odom9 months agoI had such a great experience with the Beacon House in San Antonio! The venue itself is super versatile and so easy to decorate — it already has such a nice look that you don’t have to go overboard with decorations for it to feel special. The flow of the room was also perfect, making it really easy for guests to mingle and enjoy themselves. The booking and payment process was very smooth, and communication through email was clear and easy. The only thing I would suggest is maybe providing a phone number for guests to use in case of emergencies or last-minute questions. What really stood out to me was how accommodating the space was when it came to tables and seating. Having banquet tables, chairs, and even cocktail tables already included in the price was such a great value compared to other venues I checked out. It saved a lot of stress and extra costs. Overall, I’d highly recommend Beacon House if you’re looking for a beautiful, flexible, and easy-to-plan-with venue in San Antonio!
Crystal Carpenter4 months agoThe Beacon house is truly a beacon for community - whether gathering for an event, counseling services or to utilize the office space, the staff, the building, the amenities are all so fantastic. We’ve had several events here and it’s so easy to work with them and the backdrop of the space id beautiful and versatile for any event. I definitely recommend!
Veronica Bigley2 months agoEverything was so smooth from start to finish! From touring and booking, to last minute changes. I really appreciate the staffs kindness and "can do" attitudes. My friends and family commented that the venue was really cute and perfect for our baby shower! Thank you, again, Beacon House.
