Tim Foshee9 months agoSimply put, living here the past year and half was wonderful. The buildings interior is warm, the layout of my apartment was perfect and functional. Every issue I had, maintenance was prompt on it. And the friendly staff really tried it all together. Also props to the gym and common grounds as they made it feel like a home. The regular resident events were highly attended and made it feel like a community. We only moved out as it was time for us to buy a house. This complex was worth every penny.

The apartments are modern and thoughtfully designed, many with stunning views of Chaska Lake that make for unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. The sense of community here is unmatched—kind neighbors and a responsive, professional management team make all the difference. It’s peaceful, scenic, and feels like a little hidden gem in the heart of Chaska.
Nancy Haaheima year agoI couldn’t be happier living at The Carver! The complex is stunningly beautiful, and expertly maintained. The office personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, and available during all business hours. The maintenance person is expert in every way. I especially enjoy listening to the birds, and looking for wildlife!
Heather Sapp6 months agoI was originally ok with this place but as time has gone on, I have been far less happy with the way staff treat tenants. I just rescued a dog a couple days ago and told them in advance I would be getting a dog. The day I would bring him home was up in the air because the dog got an infection and needed additional care before being able to be brought home. There is a $50 a month pet fee and a $500 deposit for a pet (which let's be honest, is a complete racket to charge monthly pet rent AND a ridiculously high deposit, half of which is nonrefundable). I told them the day I would be bringing him home so they could have the accurate day for beginning the charge. That day was yesterday, and they just left a voicemail threatening a late fee FOR A DOG because I haven't had a chance to go online and pay yet. Regardless of the reason, I have lived here almost two years and have always communicated with them openly. When my microwave broke a while back and I asked about the timing of getting it fixed I was met with attitude. So their sense of urgency only applies when they don't get their money immediately, but when they are failing to provide what we give them money for, all of a sudden that urgency vanishes.
Amy Rocka year agoAbsolutely the BEST place I've ever lived! The staff is awesome and always hosting fun events! The location is PERFECT, tucked away with beautiful views and walking paths, but also within minutes of everything!
