The Pad Kee Mao at Thai Ginger absolutely delivered. The wide rice noodles had that perfect wok char, and the dish was packed with fresh vegetables — broccoli, bell peppers, tomatoes, and fragrant Thai basil throughout. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, and the sauce struck a great balance of savory, slightly sweet, and just the right amount of heat. You can tell everything hit a seriously hot wok — the flavors are deep and smoky in the best way. Generous portion too. This is comfort food with real technique behind it. Will be back time and time again!

The Tom Yum had an overpowering fishy smell. It was so disappointing that I couldn't bring myself to eat even a single bite. The Pad Thai was too clumpy, and the Pineapple Fried Rice contained far too much curry, completely lacking any pineapple flavor. The Salmon Steak was the tastiest dish, though the portion of salmon was somewhat small.

The food is consistently really good. I’ve been probably 7-8 times and always get good food and service. My favorites so far are the Khao Krapaw Gai, yellow curry, and the fried trout dish. The garlic chicken is amazing as well, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering it for takeout since it loses its crunch a bit. The spice levels can vary between visits so if you like a lot of spice be sure to order a level 4 or 5.

Had a great experience at Thai Ginger — the food was truly amazing! The Crispy Garlic Chicken was delicious, and the Red Curry was flavorful and well-balanced. The Tom Kha soup was also incredible — rich, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. We also tried a ground chicken dish from their special menu, and it was the highlight of the meal — packed with exceptional flavor. We ordered everything at spice level 3, and it had just the right amount of heat. The lighting and overall space were just okay; not the most enjoyable ambiance, but nothing that took away from the food itself. Definitely a place I’d return to for the flavors alone!

Never been here before, but very picky on my Thai food choices. I came in with a group of three. I'll speak about my personal experience with the food and what I really liked here. I had the Chicken Pad Thai. It was pretty standard, wish they added more peanut sauce. I liked that they gave me a lot of chicken. They were pretty generous on that. 3 star spicy level is pretty safe bet. Not too spicy, but enough to taste the kick. Another friend ordered the beef Pad Thai 5 star spicy. I would highly recommend not to. My buddy has high spicy tolerance and he was dying. The AC was running but looking at him you'd think it wasn't. Sweating and could barley eat his food. The waitress/chef was a sweet heart. Saw my buddy suffering and offered to add more noodles to water down the spiciness. He obliged and literally got a refill on his meal, without extra costs. Superb service. Gave them a generous tip on that. My other friend had a vegetarian Pad kee Mao. So they do have a decent selection of vegetarian options. Highly recommended place if your looking for great food and service. Will be back again
