Misty Cline2 months agoLove the look of this one, it is really really nice. Spacious tables and booths, an electric fireplace, very clean lobby. And they even have a partial glass wall where you can see them make the food. Our food was very fresh, we even had to wait a teeny piff because they were making fresh crustos. I gave the service a 4 because we had to wave a person down to order and they were not the most friendly. They did do a normal hi how are you, or a what can I get you, nothing. Just kinda stood there so hubs started our order. They didn't smile or have a warmth to their voice. It was just a very flat interaction. And when our food was brought to us, we had to go up and ask where our crustos were. That is how we found out they were making them. I would still come back to this location because the overall atmosphere of this location is the best I have ever seen. Just hopefully next time we get someone more friendly to wait on us.
Avery2 months agoI order the chicken and get the beef. Too many beef soft tacos have been thrown away for me to continue coming back. Used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. I will not be returning. Prices keep going up and the amount of food keeps getting smaller. The last few times I’ve been they have hardly put anything in the tortilla.
Rashida Almazova3 months agoI am extremely disappointed with my experience at this establishment. I came in simply to have a meal and expected at least a basic level of service, but instead I was met with poor organization and a dismissive attitude toward customers. I waited approximately 40 minutes for my order without any explanation, updates, or apology. It felt as though my time was of no importance whatsoever. What was even more unacceptable was the behavior of the staff. When I politely asked about the status of my order, I received a rude and indifferent response: “How would I know? Just wait.” This kind of communication is not only unprofessional, but also demonstrates a complete lack of respect for customers. It gave the impression that customers are treated as an inconvenience rather than the reason the business operates. There was no effort to assist, no attempt to address the situation, and not even a basic level of courtesy. In today’s highly competitive service environment, this level of disregard is unacceptable. While many establishments value and respect their guests, this place clearly does not. I have no intention of returning and would not recommend this establishment to others.
Jane Doea year agoThis is a very nice Taco Time, might be one of the best I've ever seen. They had a fireplace?!? They also put a sink to wash your hands right in the dining room. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The tater tots were awesome but my chicken tacos were dry and bland. The desserts were good except the cookie left much to be desired, just know its not warm and fresh like the Crutos and Churro will be.
Chris Yankea year agoI remember when I was a child they used to say that anytime was taco time this place is absolutely one of my favorites and this location has some of the best seating I’ve ever seen but my favorite. The one thing I love more than anything in the world whenever I come back to Washington State? The Casita burrito another thing about eating at taco time you have to order a side of the Mexi fries in the olden days we called them tater tots, but any of the other menu items that you try here you will not regret because they make everything fresh and the best part? Not only do you have the hand wash station but you also have a fireplace so you can’t say no it’s wonderful to sit in here and relax. The music is great and the staff is very friendly.! For me anytime is still taco time!
