J Song2 months agoNice and roomy! Great view from the 11 floor. Very walkable to the river center/ Riverwalk area. Literally next to the Alamodome. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and knowledgeable. I'm looking directly at the Tower of Americas. The only ding is the aging bathroom could use some renovations.
Dee Schneck7 months agoWe were in town for Christmas / vacation. So glad that I chose this hotel! It's far enough away from downtown that you're not constantly in traffic, but yet close enough that you don't miss anything. Everyone on staff was so nice & helpful! You get a delicious breakfast every morning, and on Mon/Tues/Weds, they have a social hour with appetizers & wine/beer. If you're heading to the AlamaDome, it's within walking distance, and there is a music venue across the street. I guess there is a mexican restaurant across the other street, but unfortunately it wasn't open while we were there. Do not hesitate to stay here - it is definitely worth it! They are fantastic!
Sama month agoStayed here for 2 nights from out of town for a concert at the Alamodome. Front desk was nice and parking is very close by. A couple of bars near by and restaurants. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly what we needed and more.
Anna Sotoa month agoRecently stayed here for 1 night. Hotel is in a horrible location (don’t believe the pictures), parking is across the street. Rooms are filthy, the fridge had black mold. Breakfast is mostly pastries. Not worth the money they charge. Worst Staybridge experience. The ladies at the front are nice but that’s all you get. The rest is horrible, filthy and outdated.
E Sanchez (Biscocho76)4 months agoGreat hotel and staff! The breakfast and evening socials were highlights, and the location is perfect for visiting the Riverwalk without the crowds. Just a heads up for future guests: the bathrooms don't have exhaust fans, so the steam set off our fire alarm. Also, try to request a room away from the elevator if you are a light sleeper, as it was quite noisy at night.
