William Lamb2 months agoStaff was very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub are awesome. The gym is very nice with new equipment, real dumbells from 5 to 45 lbs. and background music u can adjust the volume on. The rooms are super nice and very clean. This is a rather new Hotel and much nicer than many in this area. Really enjoyed my stay here. The free breakfast was very good with eggs, biscuit and gravy, waffle maker, and much more cold food and bagels and muffins.

The rooms are always well maintained, and it’s incredibly convenient that so many food options will DoorDash right to your room. The complimentary breakfast each morning is a great bonus, and the small on-site bar is perfect if you want to relax with a drink. I’ve had very positive stays here.
Mathieu Storms4 months agoStayed here for 2 nights during the week. The positive: - Perfect location for where I needed to be. - Spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed. - Nice desk area to get some work done. - Good breakfast. The not so positive: - Ridiculously low water pressure in the shower. - The room had a little "sound machine". That didn't bode well. Even though I was on the top floor on the North side of the hotel (so not facing the Interstate), there was a really weird, loud and kind of overwhelming non-stop zooming/buzzing sound in the area around my room. It was extremely distracting, and didn't allow me to relax at night. I was only able to sleep thanks to my earplugs. I don't know if other floors have this issue, but I will probably consider a different hotel if I am ever back in Portage.
Jared Hammond7 months agoGreat location off the freeway. Super clean and friendly staff. Hot tub was nice (although a little heavy on the chlorine). Breakfast was standard hotel fair-eggs, waffles, yogurt, etc. Was able to check in a little early so we could put our stuff in the room before going tailgating which was nice of the staff to accommodate. Would definitely stay here again!
Gus Gardner3 months agoRoom was fine. Lobby is nice. The gym which is unfortunately the only reason I’ve selected the hotel is unusable. How hard is it for your gym equipment to actually work. The bake is not even activated. The seat isn’t connected clearly nobody cares at this establishment. Kevin (I think) at the front desk was thoughtful and I really appreciated the shaving cream since I forgot mine. If this is how they treat the amenities, I wonder if they even wash your sheets before the next guest. Update: more than 6 weeks later I am back in the same town for work. Before booking the hotel I call and ask if the peloton is fixed. They say yes. When I arrive it is still broken.
