  Wish I could mark a 4.6 stars; We were welcomed by a wonderful front desk staff, who stubbled a little to find our reservation( due to new system) but secured our keys and directions to our room shortly after. The hotel seemed clean and well maintained. I would note that while in the room, we noticed a few things that could use some updating. The carpets are starting to look dirty and faded. There is a lack of lighting in the sink/ bathroom area. The shower had amazing pressure ( which I LOVE) but the curtains are hung a tad-bit too high and kept flying over the tub- leading to escaping water. The shower/bathroom amenities were nice- light fragrance and worked well. Now, the beds were something to work in- way to worn-in and soft. I don’t like sleeping on a rock- but neither a hole either( I felt like a taco) The A/C worked well and we were comfortable the whole time. The breakfast was -ok- food was of good quality, maybe just a little more variety? I did try to use the office/business center (the one computer and printer in the lobby.), however the internet or computer it’s self was super -slow and I could not get the pages to print that I needed. -Again, the front desk service was accommodating and helped to print from their end for me. I’m sorry I could not whole-heartedly give a 10 on my stay. Would I stay here again, and would I recommend to a colleague or friend, YES! Based on reviews given and left for other surrounding hotels, I felt this was my best option, and I was not wrong. Some of our associates stayed elsewhere and had a miserable time. P.s. the pool was small and definitely needed a good cleaning! It was cloudy and bird feathers all over the water/deck and chairs. This is a must to keep nice- especially for travelers in the TX heat!

  Oversall hotel would be 4* , due to their excellent service we would make it 5* compared to the price. - Good location: 5-15' to Riverwalk/ bus station/ busy street. - Good Breakfast (prepared by good team of Terry & Marry) : Jimmy Dean croissant, cooked oat ...But only banana. - Staff all greeted us during stay which made us feel like the family. -Excellent service 1: Hotel met our request about the comfy bed not long after they were told. We thank again Mr. Richard (GM) and Ms. Veronica, who cared and followed up the issue. - Excellent service 2: Deposit was back very soon. Just notice you : - There is only one night stand for all rooms.

  Every staff member that I encountered was friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was amazing (and the people running it were super attentive)! Room was cleaned every day and everything was perfect. The TV options included lots of streaming and then table between the beds had plenty of outlets and charging ports. The store in the lobby was well stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks.

  Our overall experience was great! The staff was kind, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and breakfast had quite a variety of food which tasted good. I see others have complained about this hotel being a valet only location and after driving around the area, it makes sense as there isn't much room for a large parking lot. I didn't mind adding on the valet cost and the attendants were quick and courteous. My only two complaints would be that our AC had a hard time keeping the room cool, and the walls are thin enough that you'll hear road noise, people's doors closing and any crying children. So pack ear plugs if you plan to stay here and are a light sleeper! We had a suite and felt the room had all of the usual amenities but wish we had a full length mirror.

  I’m truly disappointed - there’s a stark difference between the photos/reviews of this hotel and the reality. The photos are bright; the rooms are dim - white lights. The fixtures in the room are outdated; some things are broken. It doesn’t look or feel clean. There’s a bad smell in the hotel. Air circulation is not good at all; it’s very stuffy. Finding parking was difficult, to say the least. I would NOT recommend.
