We’d been looking to do a trial for my tuxedo but none of the big brands or online stores offered something that made me feel confident in my decision. As soon as we stepped into Rondinelli’s, we were immediately at ease. We got to learn about the different tuxedo options and the process of getting an actual trial before my wedding. We felt confident in our decision to book with them. Natalie and Jade helped me with the trial and getting all of my groomsmen, family and in-laws fitted for our wedding and reached out when their tuxedos were ready for pickup. Of the 9 people who were fitted, we only had to order 1 new button up and it was ready for pickup within a day. Truly the best in the business and we were so happy we went with them! Skip the online and big box brands and go to Rondinelli’s for exceptional customer service and great products! Thank you Rondinelli’s for making me feel and look amazing on my wedding day!

She was extremely experienced, patient, and knowledgeable, which made picking out tuxes for our wedding stress-free. We actually chose to go here over Men’s Wearhouse, and I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to rent or buy a tux do the same. The experience was SO much better from start to finish. Wall Again3 months agoAbsolutely wonderful experience. It was a last minute decision but they were super helpful getting my son fitted into everything. Jade was amazing and matched the colors to my son’s date’s dress perfectly. Skip the big name stores and try this place. Better price and better service.

Nick Amundsen2 months agoI can't recommend Rondinelli enough! The North Olmsted store manager, Natalie, was absolutely FANTASTIC throughout the entire process and constantly went above and beyond to make sure everything was how we wanted it. My situation was a bit challenging, as I was getting married out-of-state, and none of my groomsmen lived anywhere near Ohio. Over a few months of back and forth (and wonderful guidance/expertise from Natalie), we successfully landed on the style and color we wanted for our special day. I purchased the full charcoal gray suit including a custom ivory vest/tie combo and ivory shirt, while my guys purchased matching suits/shirts. As my guys were all out-of-state, we had them get sized at their local suit stores, and Natalie even helped me figure out if their sizing seemed off (without even getting to meet them)! Once finished, all suits/shirts were dispersed and only a few further alterations were necessary (as normal). Yes, the suits look great and are reasonably priced, but the customer service and how they stand behind their product is really what makes Rondinelli outshine the larger "name-brands" out there. Go give them a try!
