We had one miscommunication (which I may have been to blame) that lead to no belts being ordered and we realized that the week before. Keely at the Fairlawn location was a superstar and helped get every one taken care of on short notice. Apart from that, the selection is amazing, the ordering process is easy and it was easy to tailor each person's (groom vs groomsmen vs dads) rental to what we wanted. Each person in the wedding said the sizing, picking up and dropping off was super easy as well. Every one there is great and we would highly recommend Rondinelli to other wedding parties!
Jamisen Jackson2 months agoGreat experience from top to bottom everyone was extremely professional and extremely courteous throughout our entire process, especially Keeley she was extremely professional and helpful when assisting my party and I. She made sure we were getting what we wanted and understood the process the entire time. She was proactive and organized in getting everything ready and her and the staff played a major role in us having an amazing event this weekend. 10/10 recommend this location for your next important event and would highly suggest asking for Keeley on the front end.

Everything came together perfectly and made me feel confident and sharp, like I was really dressed for the occasion. Quality was solid and the whole outfit gave a very professional, ‘boss’ appearance. Would definitely rent again

Tim Ja month agoRented a tux from this location prior to a wedding this past weekend - I was a bit nervous, as I had sent in my measurements from a different menswear store and thought things wouldn't fit. Could not be further from the case - this location was great with timeliness of letting me know my order was ready, everything fit great and everyone was nice!
