LWF SL Leonga year agoThis convention hall main entrance at the car park which is not an ideal design. They usually conduct a lot of concerts however the sound system and lighting system are not bad. The hall is not so big and just nice for a small concert. They also held other mice events.
Phyllis Ong9 months agoFirst time attending a concert at this venue. The usher was directing us rudely ahead. They are not familiar with the seatings as we were directed to the wrong section. It was warm too & the seats were too close to each other. There was a huge snake Q going into the venue but it was moving smoothly. Overall, the saving grace was the solid sound system.
ryan yap8 months agoCame for company event. Can you believe food was late by more than 30min? A convention center that doesn't know how to manage events. Have to be impressed how the bar can be set so low...
Ardya Ardya7 years agoSpacious convention center. Nice lunch and coffee break snacks. Very clean. Staff were helpful and nice. Strategic location inside Sentosa island. This place has many rooms. However, restrooms placement is so bad with just two restrooms at the side of the building. I needed to walk so far just to reach the restroom. Additionally, they could have prepare a room designed to accommodate Moslem visitor praying
Jenny Lim2 years agoIts a big and grand ballroom. Very spacious to use as concert hall. The management could maybe improve the waiting time long queues at their limited toilets available. They could also provide more elderly care structures for their customers which I saw many seniors attending the concert. Many of them are quite unable to climb up the high steps leading up to their seats behind due to their personal health problems.
