Steven Kiel6 years agoPlay Cleveland was just excellent. Prices are reasonable (Adults two hours for $25), the place was clean and well kept, and all of the associates were great. Our experience was basic, and simple. There's nothing but great things to say! Waiver signing is digital, and separate from payment so people can sign while others pay. Our checkout person was pleasant, and helpful. The manager even offered to refund our visit and put it towards the yearly membership! All of the staff was helpful in teaching us how things worked, as well as answer our questions. They were also great for getting cups of water, racing on an obstacle, and opened up an obstacle (the half pipe) that was closed that we wanted to do before we left. For the place itself, pictures do the most justice. From the basic but fun rock wall, to the climbing challenges (seven unique challenges), two physical challenge courses on the ground, an entry to parkour course, and then two in air hanging courses. Absolutely 10/10. I'd recommend Going on a day that will be slower, as I'm sure with tons of people it will be crazy.
Kate Huff3 years agoGood fun for little kids. My 7 and 3-year-old had a blast. Played for 3 hours and didn’t want to leave. My seven-year-old decided that he didn’t want to do anything in the air or with a harness, but there’s still plenty to do if kiddos don’t want to go up in the air or do anything too adventurous. Love that adults can sit with a beer and still see the whole place, easy to keep an eye on kids from afar. Bar and kitchen is a little slow. It took an hour to get french fries, so order food well ahead on the weekend.
Jewels Johnson4 years agoMy 7 year old daughter and I are OBSESSED with Play: CLE!!! We went for the first time 2 years ago and loved it, but this time she was big enough for a harness so we did a lot of climbing and faced our fear of heights. We both made it to the top of the steep circle steps for the first time and felt so proud! I cannot wait for our next visit! We live in Indiana but if we were closer we would be going regularly! Would be a great place for a birthday party!
Conar C-D5 years agoA really nice place to take the kids and adults to have fun! Much better selection than sky zone. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the staff seemed more interested in flirting with each other than doing their jobs.
Alexandria Burch7 years agoI went with a friend on a Saturday evening. We had a good time, prices were reasonable. The bar is a nice touch for when you’re ready to take a break. The only nuisance was the amount of kids on the warrior course that did not pay attention to the rules and their parents were not around to make them behave. The biggest safety issue is the kids. However, if you’re there between 9-11pm, most of them are gone and it’s much more enjoyable. There were approx 28 challenges in the elevated course, 1 zipline, a few climbing walls, a bouldering area, parkour. Definitely a good time overall.
