Kimberly Winfield2 years agoShabnam was very professional and polite. She helped me get into a place very quickly. She made sure the apartment was ready for me in a timely manner and Abdul was very nice he explained everything and I definitely understand everything. I love how they are very knowledgeable and understanding and helpful. This process was very easy for me Shabnam always called me and let me know exactly how much rent and deposit I needed to pay and explained that if I needed anything to contact them and they will help me I look forward to staying here
Daron Woodard11 months agoWorst place i ever lived in my life bad management and maintenance and security. I had roaches in my apartment and everything just bad about it bad environment. They don’t care about the residence safety
Imso Vonniea year agoThe apartment building are always dirty. They don’t clean up anything. They don’t fix nothing at all. It smells bad & the manager is not helpful & has a terrible attitude. There was blood in the hallways for days & they didn’t clean it up. One of the tenants did. I would not recommend this place.
Yonna Templea year agoshootings happen, the office doesn’t look into the matter to tell you what even happened. They don’t ensure woman safety, they don’t clean properly. & on top of it all still expect you to pay full rent with roaches, mice and deadly neighbors.
Chelseaa year agoTerrible management since Kristen left. Roach infestation in the building where the office is. They make rules and don't tell residents about them then give you a violation. Communication is TERRIBLE. Living here will be stressful and you will regret even coming here.
