I can't spell half their names but I know them all and appreciate them all. This team is worth their weight in gold. They do their jobs at what has to be one of the most difficult and demanding locations and they do it well- efficiently, accurately and with kindness and warmth. They are the front line greeters for the hotel guests and residents and they make each and every person feel welcomed. Always five stars for your man Andreas. When he is not at the stand at PHS it is a noticeable difference. He works the line faster than anyone, anywhere. He is a problem solver and anchor to the neighborhood. Marble Room with construction your team has had their work cut out for them there and still spot on, efficient and excellent. 5 stars!!!
Maria Ricupero2 months agoIf I could give this company a zero I would. We ate at the Marble Room in Cleveland. When we exited the restaurant I was told there was a problem with my car. When they pulled my car to the front of the restaurant, my gear shift was torn off. The manager did not apologize, tried to tell me that I glued the shift and that's why it came off, and then told me he was speaking to the employee when it happened so he saw the whole thing. Why was he speaking to the employee while the employee was in my car? A week went by when the company declared they would not pay for the repairs and that it was wear and tear. Use this company at your own risk.
Bruno F6 months agoDo not use this company! They damaged my vehicle on 12/18/25 in Little Italy Cleveland and refused to pay damages. Attendant hide damages when they returned my car. I reported damage hour after picking up my car.. since I left location without reporting damaged they said they aren’t responsible. When I went back to location attendant and manager acknowledged and confirmed damage.
Bruce Lainga year agoStayed at the Hampton Inn Downtown Cleveland last year. Suggested to use VIP Valet Parking. Hotel said it was the safest. They damaged my car. No compensation. This was a year ago but just want to remind people to check your vehicle thoroughly before and after using this service. Lawyer was slick as oil.
Tom Meyer3 months agoDelayed my departure from Hampton by over half an hour because they couldn’t find my keys. Attendant blamed co-workers instead of accepting responsibility. Not even a hint of apology. Avoid at all costs.
