  Great race pack collection experience! The process at Sands Expo & Convention Centre was very smooth and well-organized. Clear signage and helpful staff made everything easy and efficient, with minimal waiting time. The venue is spacious, comfortable, and easy to access. Plus, the race expo was a nice bonus with plenty of interesting booths and deals!🥳

  I was here for the EduTech Asia Expo but looked around the mall too. Expo area really big, good number of amenities e.g. clean toilets, food areas, seating. The mall is large so I asked the concierges for help a couple times, they were all friendly and helpful - one even drew me a map of where to go for lunch. Mostly high-end stores, with some interesting sights like the water fountain, light show, boat rides, but also some reasonably priced options for food.

  A nice place for D&D events. The venue feels spacious and well set up, and I really like the scenery around the area, which adds to the overall experience. Overall, it’s a pleasant and solid venue for corporate events and gatherings.

  Very rude guard on duty who was doing nothing except sitting at the chair and using his phone as pictured. Wanted to go up to Level 4 but was stopped by him with no proper reason, but later on I saw him letting someone else go up without even giving them a second look. Not sure if its a racial thing. When asked why we couldn’t go up to Level 4, he very rudely answered in a condescending tone that it was closed, in a “duh? are you stupid?” way. However the escalator was still running and there was no barricade or any other indication that guests could not go up to Level 4 anymore or that access has been stopped. If guests are unable to go up to Level 4 after a certain timing, perhaps it would be better to place some signages so that guests are informed. Else please have better trained guards on duty to explain nicely to guests that access has been stopped. There is no wrong in restricting access after a certain timing, but it definitely is wrong to be raising your voice on guests who are just confused. Suggest that MBS look into the service training and quality of the guards that they recruit. Left such a bad taste after this encounter with this guard. Would hate for tourists’ impression of SG to be ruined by him.
