Alisha Walkera month agoI loved the staff that was the best part about Macys they were all super helpful no complaints there. It’s just the absurd prices that they have here. 50$ for a bra without padding? Like geez that’s just insane. They only had one bra in my size and they were poorly stocked and just a mess. But the store was super clean besides that.
Rick K11 months agoMacy’s is one of my go-to stores for men’s fashion and fragrances. The selection of clothing is excellent, with everything from casual wear to suits, making it easy to find the right look for any occasion. Their fragrance department is impressive, carrying a wide variety of designer brands and exclusive scents (Channel). The staff is always helpful if I need recommendations, and the store layout makes it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. Convenient location, great quality, and plenty of options, definitely a place I’ll keep coming back.
Steve J8 months agoI recently purchased a watch from Macys which later needed a link taken out. I went in on a Sunday afternoon to the jewelry area only to be told that were too busy to help me. There were people in the store but the jewelry area wasn’t flooded with customers. The young girl didn’t know how to remove links and was recently hired. The more experienced employee was avoidant and didn’t want much to do with taking the link out. I would have been fine if they had said it might be a minute but it was basically, no one is available to help you… come back tomorrow. Disappointing and makes me not want to purchase from this location again.
Cyndi Molina2 months agoNice merchandise as always. Love INC, exclusive to Macy's. I miss the traditional mall experience but this place makes up for it. And there's Akshay a 70-80% clearance rack in every clothing section.
David Greene5 months agoFirst time in a Macy's in a long time (usually order online) but had to do a return - employees and checkout locations are few and far between (the two who helped us were very pleasant and nice) a little more effort and planning by management to accommodate customer service would go a long way.
