Atmosfierce6 months agoMISS K was the amazing associate who helped me today. She looks like a runway model; but, her attitude is kind and professional. I’ve been shopping this location for over 10 years. She is the first employee in a white lab coat who didn’t duck behind the counter or whom I did not have to frantically wave down like air traffic control for assistance. I think she may be new and I hope she stays at this location. Please ask for MISS K for your next purchase. You will not be disappointed. Two of my favorite Clinique items are: the purple make up remover. I wear glitter eye shadow and thick lashes and this solution leaves zero residue. I also love the original perfume Happy in the orange box. I always get compliments when I wear it. Thank You for an enjoyable experience at the Clinique counter.
David Shulla month agoThank you, Corrina! I had to leave town for a funeral the next day and needed a new suit. I had gained some weight, so I was not sure of my sizing. Corrina asked if I had any color preferences and helped me locate matching coat and pants. Then measured me for a new shirt too. She is a great asset to the department. :-)
Kathleen Emerson Dollins3 months agoIf i could post negitive 1 star I would. Im plus size and need a gown for a weeding.. None..not even a dress.. Im size 18 and they had awesome selection of gowns for 16 and smaller! They have a small plus department with an older persons taste..brands like afred dunner/ no thanks Wheres the jones newyork and inc and ralph lauren and vince c for a plus size?? Just because Im fat doesnt mean i want to wear and ulgy outfit..its a shame
E Swain Morrison8 months agoI came in to get a new Clinique foundation. The lady with the crazy socks was not hospitable at all. Never have I ever been handed a sample, pointed to a miror and told just use any brush if I wanted to see the foundation on. I was flabbergasted. As you can see from the pic she wasnt busy because she was lallygagging with other staff members the entire time I was there. I bought my product and left. Met up with my mom who said she needed some Clinique too. I told her get what you need only because I dont feel as though my business was appreciated. We get back over to the counter and god sent us an angel by the name of Jordan. Fabulous in everyway, resulting in over a $200 sale. HE is the ONLY reason Macy's got 4 stars 🌟 Kudos!
