A Anthonya month agoI bought some shoes from Macy’s last month (I’m sorry this review is a little late) but there was a very kind and hard working woman in the shoe department. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but I just want you to know how helpful she was in helping me with my shoes and also very pleasant while doing so. We had a small conversation and she was honestly a very sweet woman. I just want to let management know that they have a good worker who goes above and beyond. That is greatly appreciated these days, thank you.

The representative Kelly I spoke with was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of my frustration. She genuinely listened to the issue and assisted in resolving my problem quickly and efficiently. Kelly her positive attitude turned my day around. Thank you Macy’s for such dedicated staff!
Chris Lashock4 months agoIrina helped us sooo much with sizing for a wedding! She got group of 6 our measurments and made sure we were all happy. She was communicative and checked on us several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. Look for her if you need help!
Maria Sady4 months agoToday I went to Macy’s to find shoes and a sweater. I met Karen, a sales associate in the shoe dept. She was kind, patient and very proficient in assisted me with ordering a sweater. I also bought a pair of shoes. Karen went over and above. Great customer service.
