Kerry Poplea month agoAlways ask. The only complication, we'll there is the parking fee that they recently began charging $10 per night to park where myself in the same spot that I have parked for free for years. However, the hotel has always been clean and staff cordial and cooperative. Being in the medical area, all manner of situations are being carried by guests, so their attention and friendliness is critical to success. Everyone does great. Numerous stays over the years and never a hiccup.

Nancy Huertaa month agoWe have been staying year for several years, my husband has frequent procedures at UT Hospital which is Very convenient for us, short trip to Hospital, multiple Great Restaurants nearby...Gym at Hotel very nice.,Staff members Very efficient especially ( Esther), She goes Over and beyond her job title,!! Makes us feel right at home..My husband requires handicap equipment in room for Shower etc and Esther will make sure you are well taken care of...thanks in Abundance Esther and staff..god bless you for your Service when mostly needed..
Nazario Rodriguez3 months agoI was here on a Saturday through Sunday stay and had to rebook for Sunday through Monday. I specifically asked them to clean my room since it was a new booking. The nice lady Charlotte helped me swap my keys and got them reprogrammed and was helpful as always. The cleaning lady verify with me that they were scheduled to clean my room as requested. I left at 11 AM to give them time to clean. I showed back up at 7:45 PM and the room was STILL dirty!! The Hispanic lady at the front desk on Sunday May 3rd, 2026 was HORRIBLE AND CONFRONTATIONAL!! She has ABSOLUTELY no manners whatsoever!!! She is terrible and will not let you get a word in. She was telling ME what I did (according to her) as if I am not a 50 year old man that knows better. She needs to be replaced!! She was stuck on the fact that I have a service animal and said that because of that she has to charge me an additional day if they moved me to a room that WAS clean and available BUT instead she chose to argue with me to "show me could shut me up". Very disappointed in La Quinta Inn for employing such horrendous and discriminatory people. Basically she told me that I was going to have to pay because I am DISABLED and require a service animal. I will be pursuing legal action for her discrimination against me. She is terrible!!
Leo Capece3 months agoSpacious comfortable rooms. Very clean. Firm comfortable mattress made me sleep well the 3 nights I spent here. Pool and fitness area. Good parking. Included breakfast was a 7 on 10.
